What I did not like:
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. I saw that the hotel was rated 8, so I expected a much better experience.
The staff’s attitude was extremely poor. They were rude, unhelpful, and showed very little willingness to assist us.”

* The first interaction with the staff was very poor, and the staff were extremely unhelpful.
* The room had problems with the lights and electricity. We reported the issue more than five times over two days before someone finally came to check it.
* The refrigerator was not working properly. We contacted them more than three times, and when someone finally came, the problem was still not properly fixed.
* We asked for drinking water, but we were told that we had to buy it ourselves.
* We requested toothpaste and a toothbrush, but they were not available.
* The hairdryer was in very poor condition.
* The toilet seat was loose and moving.
* The bathroom sink was broken.
* The bathroom was very old and clearly needed maintenance and renovation.
* There was a strong smell of garlic in the room.
* The breakfast was extremely poor and not what we expected at all.
* The elevator had a sign saying that no more than two people should use it at a time, so we often had to wait until it was empty before using it.
We originally planned to stay for more than 7 days, but because of these problems, we had to leave earlier than planned.
