I’m not recommended this hotel
Pros:

They allow me to keep my luggage safekeeping in the hotel up to eight o’clock until my flight, but
They didn’t allow me for late check out

فندق هادئ جدااا و مريح
Pros:

الفندق نظيف 3 نجوم و سعره مناسب مقابل الخدمة و المرافق
يبعد حوالي 1 كيلو متر عن مترو عثمان بيه و منطقة حيوية حول المترو
اشكر الاخ اوزهان ( ozhan ) في منتهى الذوق والتغاون صراحة

مع الاطفال صعوبة المشي الى محطة عثمان بيه
غير ذلك كل شي ممتااز جدا

Otelde konakladığım sürece çok memnun kaldım. Odam oldukça temiz, düzenli ve rahattı. Personeller güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi ve yemekler lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da nışantaşına, beyoğluna vs. ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Hem aileler hem çiftler hem single kızlar için rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Ich kann es nur empfehlen girls !!!❤️

很舒服，干净，员工特别友好
Pros:

对我来说干净就是第一位的，房间和毛巾很干净。所有员工都特别友好，每天出门都会聊上几句，虽然room clean的阿姨英语没那么好，但也每天都是开心的笑容。

房间内的设备有点老，拉链式窗帘和窗户都是坏的，也有间断性的停电

Dans l'ensemble bon hotel, personnel accueillant, emplacement de voiture reservé et gratuit.

Cons:

Un peu loin des commerces, longue rue en pente assez raide pour être dans la zone animée centrale
Petit déjeuner manque de viennoiserie et assez repétitif.

I enjoyed my stay at Cumbali Plaza Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hospitable throughout our visit. They helped us with all our queries and provided excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely come back again!

Pros:

I got ill on the 4th day after eating something outside. The staff was very helpful. They brought me something to eat to my room as I suffered from nausea and diarrea. They took care of me. On my last day, they even drove me to the bus stop of the airport shuttle.

Cons:

I was a bit worried as I had booked a 3 star hotel. But everything turned out to be well The location is good, very central and my room was very quite. I slept well. Breakfast was included. It was ok, I only missed the fruits, maybe it's not the seaso

Pros:

The only thing i like it was a young guy at reception who was really helpful and had amazing customer service

Cons:

It wasn't what I expected from the website and it was different from the photos, the toilet was really smelly from the pipe. And the kettle was far from the plug which you have to take the set next to the chair or unplug the fridge to use the kettle and plug it wasn't safe it was on the floor loose and not in good condition.
