Pros:

The room was so clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. A nice walk to everything downtown We could walk out to pool area from our room was so nice. Will come back.

We enjoyed our stay here!
Pros:

I liked the fire places and the location. It was super close to downtown. The staff were friendly and sweet! The breakfast was good. And it was very clean!!

Cons:

The pool was extremely cold so maybe a heat pump in the outside pool since there is no inside pool.

Perfect location! Danielle at front desk was cordial and knowledgeable. Room (131) was completely remodeled, fresh and clean. This will be our new go to when we're in town!

The best place we've stayed at in Gatlinburg!
Pros:

The entire experience was great! The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of everything. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. It is one of the best hotels we've stayed in!

Cons:

The breakfast was good but there weren't many options to choose from.

We had a Wonderful stay. Room was Great with Beautiful views.
Pros:

Clean room and spacious. Bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable. We had a nice balcony with two chairs. We were on the 4th floor over the pool. We could see Sky High Park from the balcony and see Anakeesta from the entrance to our room. Plenty of parking. We were in walking distance from main road. Had a Wonderful Time.
