Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in all week was very clean and had a great view of the Smokies. The location of this best western was in perfect walking distance to The Village and the aquarium.

Breakfast was good but there wasn’t and syrup or butter for the waffles, and there wasn’t any staff around to ask for it. This was very disappointing
