Pros:

I loved how clean and beachy this place was! It truly felt great to check into such a well maintained property. The Greek vibe was very authentic and I would definitely stay here again. The price was definitely worth it and the breakfast was absolutely amazing!!

Staff and family atmosphere make this a great place to stay.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is in a great location

Cons:

It was not as clean as the last time we stayed. Rug in our room could have used a once over with the vacuum. Lamp shade was stained and scuff marks on the wall.

it was very nice!
Pros:

The included breakfast was very nice. Could also order off the menu as well. I would recommend a few vegan and gluten free options.
The color scheme was very soothing. I liked the view to the water. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

it could get noisy with the traffic of cars and trucks on the road. it did quiet down after 11pm. The room was clean however, ensuring that all areas, nooks and crannies are dusted.

Wish we'd discovered this place sooner!
Pros:

Perfect location for our favorite places to go in Newport/Middletown: Flo's Clam Shack, Second Beach, First Beach. Included eggs and bacon/sausage and home fries Bfast (other choices) and free parking. Quiet room.

Cons:

Wish they had fruit on the included Bfast.

Nice getaway
Pros:

Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Away from the crowds at the waterfront. Easy parking and breakfast in the morning.

Excellent and our go to place going forward
Pros:

The Inn was perfect. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Family owned. Very clean and the included breakfast was delicious. It well located. Near our favorites Flo’s Clam Shack, Cliff Walk, Easton Beach and downtown Newport all within 5-7 minutes away. Definitely will be staying there again.
