An Uncomfortable Stay
Pros:

It was close to downtown. No coffee in the room.

Cons:

It didn’t feel very secure. Door was old, locks were old and used a key instead of a card. The blinds didn’t fully cover the window, so people could easily see inside the room. The shower/tub was old and porcelain was chipped in places. No air conditioning. Old carpet. Smelled old and musty. Very humid inside room.

La situació i la decoració de l"habitació

Cons:

285USD sense esmorzar m'ha semblat car. Es un antic motel, per fora encara molt antic, i la meva habitació per dins estava reformada i decorada amb molt de gust, i m'ha agradat, però donava al parquing i s'havia de pujar l'equiptage per les escales. El preu no està ben equilibrat.

Good location and helpful staff!
Pros:

The location was great, the place was clean, and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The building felt quite old, and the room windows were outdated and somewhat confusing to operate. The doors were also difficult to open, especially the bathroom door. Considering the price, I expected the rooms and facilities to be in better condition. This was not my first time in Santa Barbara, and based on my previous experiences, I know there are better places available at a similar price.

I stayed at this motel for only half of the night. I woke up during the night with approximately 25 bites that appeared to be from bed bugs.There was no staff available to assist me late at night. I left a message requesting help and a room change, but I received no response. Because I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the situation, I had no choice but to leave the motel at approximately 1:00 a.m. and find another hotel.

What was especially disappointing was the way the situation was handled afterward. The staff were rude, and no one contacted me to apologize or follow up about what happened. My bites became severe enough that I ultimately had to go to the emergency room for medical treatment.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at this motel. I am requesting that Booking.com review this matter and provide an appropriate refund for my stay.

Comfortable beds but overpriced for what you get
Pros:

Comfortable beds, helpful front desk.

Cons:

Not as good as it appears in the pictures. Price is twice what you would expect for such a hotel. No breakfast. Door was hard to open, seemed might be a hazard if there were a fire.

Última parada en nuestro camino de regreso a Los Ángeles
Pros:

Buena ubicación ,en la avenida principal.
El trámite de check in fuė muy sencillo.

Cons:

El equipo de aire acondicionado de mi habitación no funcionaba. El equipo se veía muy viejo.
También nos extrañó la ausencia de ascensor para subir con las maletas al primer piso.
