Brilliant 5 star. 100% recommend for families with kids
Pros:

Amazing resort. The pictures do not do it justice. Lots of options of food and pools. Round the clock entertainment upto late night. If you miss food the options are always open to eat elsewhere , eg at the pool bar.freah bbq everyday and lots of helpful staff. Really understood our children's allergies too.

Cons:

The AC in our room was not great. It went on and off alot.

Pros:

Krásné, čistý hotel i pokoj. Jídlo výborné, na pláž kousek a tam plážová restaurace, bar.

Cons:

Malinké zklamání z hotelové pláže. Lehátka velmi natěsno, a moře má každý hotel své území ( něco jako plavecké lajny)

The hotel is "ok" but there is probly better price/value to be found
Pros:

The overall hotel area was, while not everywhere of the highest standards, mostly clean and tidy. People were cleaning floors etc every day.

Plenty of food available almost any time. Unsurprisingly little vegetarian protein, but otherwise a lot of choice.

<5min walk to the beach.

Cons:

Rooms are stated as "mountain view" or "pool view" but thats not necessarily true, as seen in our "AC view".

Poor noise isolation in the rooms and not terribly comfortable mattress and pillows.

The ping pong table, rackets and balls are a joke, unplayable garbage. The animators were unreliable.

Both me and my partner got a stomach bug towards the end of our stay..

Cons:

Не понравилось , что нас заселили в шумный номер с видом на ресепшн , под окнами столики , где постоянно сидели люди и кричали . А мы бронировали номер с видом на бассейн и горы .

Nichts. Das Hotel ist alt und runter gerockt. Das Hotel ist definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert. Höchstens 3

Pros:

Ansich für eine Woche ok, Zimmer ausreichend, gute Lage zum Strand und Einkauf tätigen , Spa bereich super

Cons:

Lange auf das Reinigungspersonal warten oder teilweise garnicht gereinigt , erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache, Strand und Poolbar - Essen wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Sauberkeit wenn man früh zum Frühstück geht, auf dem Weg dorthin sah man einiges an Unrat von anderen Gästen oder auch Katzenkot, außenbereich Frückstück erst ab 8uhr gereinigt und eingedeckt, Frühstück beginnt jedoch um 7 und die ganze Zeit schlechtes bis garkein Internet.

Wouldn’t reccomend staying here if you’re English.
Pros:

Lots of options for food throughout the day, snack bars pancakes, beach bar etc. The entertainment staff were so kind and friendly and the pools had something for everyone.

Cons:

The general staff - receptionists and spa staff - were not friendly at all. They actually made us feel quite unwelcome and like we were causing them a burden. We were the only English people in the hotel from what the entertainment staff told us and we actually felt slightly discriminate by this. The main staff were quite rude to us, and from what we could see they were not like this with anyone else. We were very polite and easy going customers I couldn’t see why we were being treated this way. Super unhelpful and ruined what was otherwise a fantastic hotel. (This does not include restaraunt or entertainment staff they were lovely)

Not a good experience
Pros:

The view from lobby balcony. That's all.

Cons:

Very dirty everywhere. Room was very dark and had unpleasant smell. It was a feeling you sleep in a cellar. The beds were uncomfortable. No sound isolation at all. Poor amusement.
I am happy we were there only one day.

My worst all-inclusive ever
Pros:

Decent food selection for the provided meals. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good air conditioning in the room. Nice swimming pools. Clean sheets and towels in the room.

Cons:

Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Starting from unavailability of the rooms that I have booked. Very old, teared and used hotel with mostly everything broken, half-broken or ill-repaired. Literally a piece of ceiling fell down in the middle of the lunch in the restaurant. Cleaning is not very thorough, floor in my bathroom was never cleaned in 6 days. Poor views from most of the rooms, noise and dust in the area around. Lame, noisy and constantly repeating entertainment, full of ruzzians with children, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. A market (bazaar) inside and around the hotel. Beach is 600 meters away, dirty sand and sea.
