Das war der schlechteste Urlaub überhaupt
Pros:

Das einzig positive war der Hotel indoor Pool.

Cons:

Also ich meckere echt sonst nie. Aber wir waren im Hotel und es war weder sauber noch gut. Das Essen war ekelig und im Frühstücksbuffet waren die Fliegen.
Wollte mir dann nur eine Banane und Joghurt holen, aber die Bananen waren schon geschält und wieder zugemacht. Der Joghurt schmeckte wie Zuckerwasser.
Die Betten sind so hart, dass man eigentlich auch auf dem Boden schlafen könnte. Unser kleiner hat die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen und es war echt eine Qual für uns als Familie.
Wollten dann eine Nacht früher abreisen und fragten, ob sie kulanterweise etwas erstatten, weil es unserem kleinen Mann so schlecht ging.
Keinerlei Kulanz, unfreundlich und nicht bemüht!

Also das war wirklich das allerschlechteste Hotel überhaupt!!

Wir sind nach lutzmannsburg wegen der Therme gefahren und auch das war leider echt ne Enttäuschung.
Man hatte um 9:30 schon keinen Platz mehr und es war überfüllt und überteuert.

Egy kiváló árértékű arányú gyerekbarát szálloda, amely egy fürdőkomplexum (csúszdapark) mellett van.
Pros:

Bőséges regggeli, kedves személyzet, fürdőkomplexum közelsége mind mind egy pozítiv érv a szálloda mellett. Gyerekbarát szállás hely. Kifejezetten ajánlom.

Overskueligt hotel - men fine faciliteter.

Cons:

Det var svært at finde ud af, hvad der er inkluderet i prisen. På Hjemmesiden stod der noget andet end hvad vi fik at vide på hotellet/ved check ind.

Das tolle Angebot rund ums Hotel, die lieben Mitarbeiter und der Hoteleigene Pool waren toll .

Pros:

Personal war superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung hat definitiv gepasst. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Cons:

Einziger Punkt der mir nicht gefallen hat, war das Ambiente im Restaurant. Ist eher wie eine Mensa eingerichtet. Das Buffett beim Abendessen war teilweise schon etwas vertrocknet bzw. leer. Dafür war das Frühstück hervorragend.
