Lovely place in a gorgeous village
Pros:

Loved everything about our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and historic and clearly lovingly cared for.

Cons:

Not a complaint about the hotel, but it did bother me that people speed through the village despite there being so many tourists around and limited sidewalks. I wish the hotel owners would encourage the town to find ways to get people to slow down.

Pros:

Wir haben zum 2. Mal im Hotel Heintz übernachtet und hatten ein ruhig gelegenes, sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zur Terrasse/zum Innenhof. Unser Motorrad konnten wir in der Garage abstellen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert. Es ist ausreichend und lecker. Kaffee wird eingeschenkt und zusätzliche Brötchen wurden noch angeboten. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Prima voor twee nachtjes. Maar niet voor een langer verblijf.

De ligging. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er stond een waterkoker mer 2 bekers. Maar geen lepels, thee, koffie of suiker. De badkamer is klein en rook niet fris. Er was geen afzuigsysteem, dus benauwd. De kamer heeft ook geen airco. Het ontbijt is karig. Het wordt aan tafel geserveerd, maar je kunt niet kiezen. Er is geen buffet. Ook moet je een parkeerplek reserveren, er is weinig ruimte.

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

Location and friendly staff. Hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

Not that it was a problem, but there are not enough parking spots in the hotel so you need to book in advance (as the hotel says). But there are also parking spots close by.

Sehr schön und erholsam
Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit schönem Balkon; Bad modern und sehr sauber , sehr freundlicher Service beim Frühstück- dieses war ordentlich ,aber nichts außergewöhnliches
Parkplatz am Haus hat uns gut gefallen ; fussläufig nette Restaurants

Über Teebeutel oder einige Instant Kaffee Sticks hätten wir uns sehr gefreut
Wasserkocher und Tassen waren ja bereitgestellt

Prima hotel op mooie locatie.
Pros:

Mooi gelegen, dichtbij restaurants e.d. goede bedden, ruime kamer, alles heel netjes.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was ‘karig’. Daar hadden we meer van verwacht. Eén privé parkeerplaats was niet beschikbaar, er is slechts weinig ruimte achter het hotel.

Enjoyed our stay in Vianden and would like to return to the hotel and explore the area more.
Pros:

Breakfast, comfortable bed, balcony. Hotel was very homely and charming. Loved Vianden itself

Cons:

It was a bit noisy from the cars/motorbikes coming into the car park and from the building work in the monastery next door which started early in the morning.

Pros:

Location, plus added security for our motorcycles, parking garage, albeit small, it was enough for around 8 motorcycles, plus another 3 or 4 could park in the courtyard if needed. Rooms clean, staff friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast, served at the table, so you got what you were given. tasty but limited options. Road noise outside the front of the hotel started around 5am and was noisy (cobbles), but if your room is to the rear, you will more likely get a full nights sleep. I found the bar closing at 8pm a little bizarre, but there are plenty of other options in Vianden.

Tolles Hotel, super Einrichtung mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Séjour très agréable dans la belle petite ville de Vianden
Pros:

L'hôtel est un très beau bâtiment dans un cadre authentique. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie très bonne. La terrasse très agréable et le personnel très gentil. L'emplacement idéal dans la rue qui descend du magnifique Château de Vianden.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus du petit déjeuner. Les tables présentent bien mais le contenu n'est pas super. Pistolet de pain blanc uniquement (super glucidique), confiture, fromage en tranche sans aucun goût et petit pot de yaourt sucré. Proposer une variété de pain complet, du muesli et des oeufs constituerait un effort fort apprécié ainsi que du fromage local. Et puis aussi proposer des options de lait végétal pour les personnes intolérantes au lactose.
