Helaas geen goede beoordeling kunnen geven.
Pros:

Alles ziet er online prachtig uit.

Cons:

Geboekt voor 2 andere en deze hebben uiteindelijk afgezegt omdat ze niet konden parkeren bij het hotel.
Helaas was er geen mogelijkheid om ook maar een gedeelte van de boeking terug te krijgen.

Eigen schuld dikke bult.l
Maar wel jammer dat er niet werd geholpen aan een compromiss. Bijvoorbeeld korting op een volgende boeking.

Mooie locatie. Prachtig ingericht. Oud hotel, en dat zie te terug. Visueel heel erg mooi.

Cons:

Overal bordjes met wat wel of niet mag. Bijzonder onaardige dame aan de balie. Parkeerplaats vol, dan kijk maar even ergens in het drop. Gehorig, rumoerig, ook na 23:00. Al vroeg overlast door motoren en auto’s die vertrekken.

Pros:

Een leuk en authentiek hotel in het centrum van Vianden. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon uitzicht op de tuin/terras. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het was ook echt schoon, heel fijn. Parkeren bij het hotel is beperkt en best duur. Met een stukje lopen kun je ook gratis parkeren.

Cons:

De badkamer is wel echt aan de kleine kant, maar functioneerde verder prima.
