Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, und das Hotel hat insgesamt eine tolle Atmosphäre. Insgesamt hatte ich eine fantastische Zeit hier. Das Hotel vereint Stil, Komfort und hervorragenden Service auf perfekte Weise.

Pros:

Lokalita perfektná, raňajky rôznorodé, čerstvé, výborné, ústretovosť v GLUTEN FREE diéte. Veľmi čisto. Výťah na poschodia.

Cons:

Informácia, že všetky parkoviská majú podobnú cenu a tak sme si zarezervovali parkovanie pri hoteli za 25€ na deň. Mestké parkoviská sú za cca 10€ na deň.
A tiež nás vopred neinformovala recepčná, u ktorej sme si rezervovali parkovisko na pobyt, že do navigácie treba zadať Divadelní náměstí a nie adresu hotela a ísť do zákazu vjazdu, ktorý neplatí pre ubytovaných. Bol z toho dosť problematický začiatok. Hlavne, keď nám povedala, že mnohí majú tento problém.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und eine top Lage.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzgebühren waren sehr hoch. Das Zimmer war nach hinten raus und wir schauten auf Lüftungsrohre. Wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht und leider waren alle 3 klein mit schlechtem Ausblick.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, bis hin zu Beleidigungen die uns zum Anlass gegeben haben wieder nach Hause zu fahren. Ein "Fuck You" muss ich mir als Gast nicht geben. Alles in allen eine bodenlose Frechheit!
