The staff were exceptional in every respect. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. It is clear that customer service is a top priority here, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. Whether it was assisting with requests, offering recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a smile, the team consistently went above and beyond.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The housekeeping staff deserve special recognition for their outstanding work. Each day I returned to a spotless room, thoughtfully prepared and maintained to a very high standard. Their attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

The dining experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend enjoying meals at the hotel. The food was delicious, well-presented, and offered a good variety of options. Breakfast in particular was a great way to start the day, and the restaurant staff provided service that matched the quality of the food.

The hotel's location also makes it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. There are several local attractions, shops, and places of interest nearby, making it convenient for both business and leisure travellers. After a day out, it was always a pleasure returning to the comfort of the hotel.

The only minor disappointment during my stay was the Wi-Fi, which was not always as reliable as I had hoped. However, what impressed me most was how the management handled the situation. The manager personally took the time to assist me and genuinely tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benoetigt, Fruehstueck war gut und abwechslungsreich, Lage ist ebenfalls gut, das Levy Shopping Center kann man zu Fuss erreichen.
