Good choice in Lusaka.
Pros:

The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We had an upgraded room which was very comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant was good too. Having a pool was an advantage Bar was good too. I felt very safe

Cons:

The pool was lovely but a little difficult to get in and out. The lift was not operational for most of our stay which was no real problem but a little inconvenient when your room is on the fourth floor . However the staff were more than willing to help with bags.

We’re back for the second time and bringing our family! Why? The friendly welcoming staff is making our stay very special. Their service , flexibility and helpfulness is on the very top! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable! We will come back!

Outstanding - very flexible hotel staff that accommodated monir adjustments
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Catered for all cultures

Cons:

That there was a beauty pageant at this hotel and the music was extremely loud until after 11pm making it difficult to fall of to sleep. I had to leave the hotel at 6am to catch a flight and not being able to catch sleep didnt help

A wonderful place to stay - Great hospitality!
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service and value. Wonderful massage-spa treatment. Breakfast was good. Pick up from Lusaka airport was smooth. A driver holding my name with the hotel name. My departure flight was a bit late and the team let me extend my check out for extra 1hr so that I can chill out in the hotel. Thank you- Manager Dgukan and his team! I would highly recommend to stay! Great place to stay!

Cons:

I cannot think of any. It was NOT noisy at all. Highly recommend to stay! Great place to stay - Thank you very much for a wonderful hospitality!
