Convenient for a single night stopover. Nice big room and very clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Great choices. This has been our second stay and it met expectations.

Get new towels
I usually am always welcomed with smiles. Unfortunately I was sent on my way as a farewell with smiles as the staff were off on the day I arrived. The staff are generally friendly and amazing, always accommodating but the person that checked me in did not align.
I was allowed a late check-out. While I also asked for that, I asked for extra towels as well as breakfast in the room. I was not gifted towels without calling twice. I was not gifted breakfast in the morning. I was mainly looked over, which is always lovely even with a fake smile.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel Lusaka from 22–24 May and enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. When I mentioned a small noise issue with my room, they promptly moved me to another room without any hassle, which showed how much they care about guest comfort.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that changed daily, so there was always something different to enjoy. The outdoor restaurant was another highlight, serving delicious food and offering a great atmosphere for relaxing with shisha in the evenings.
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It is within walking distance of Manda Hill Shopping Mall and conveniently close to Levy Junction Mall. The area felt safe, and transportation was never an issue, with public transport nearby and staff readily available to assist with arranging Yango rides.
Overall, I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. The combination of outstanding service, great food, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location makes this one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Lusaka. I will definitely be booking here again on future visits. Stable Internet. Amazing place
