Spotless, stylish, relaxed, fab staff, food.
Music at the pool at front of hotel.
Staff are amazing specially at the restaurant and breakfast time. The manager Madeline and the young ladies Nika & Nika and Tina are very professional and caring. Rooms are nice sizes and having a balcony is lovely.
The pool and spa facilities are located in a separate building from the hotel, so guests need to either walk there or use a buggy service when available. The hotel itself is situated within a marina complex that is adjacent to an industrial area and a shipyard. Reaching the town centre requires a taxi journey, which costs approximately €15 each way.
One point worth noting is that nearly half of the rooms overlook older marina area and buildings, and sections of the car park, while the other half enjoy the much more attractive marina and sea views featured in the hotel’s promotional photos. Although we had booked and paid for a Superior Room and contacted the hotel several times before arrival requesting a pleasant view, we were initially allocated a room overlooking the less appealing side of the property. This was quite disappointing, particularly as the sea views shown in the marketing materials were one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
That said, the receptionist was extremely helpful and courteous. After approximately two hours, she managed to arrange a room change for us, which significantly improved our stay, and we were very grateful for her efforts.
Given that this is the most expensive hotel in Šibenik and markets itself as a luxury property, expectations are naturally high.
Another issue was the minibar setup. The refrigerator was completely filled with minibar items, and a notice stated that moving any products could result in charges. During a heatwave of 34–36°C, this meant we had no practical way to store and chill our own drinks. Instead, we repeatedly had to request buckets of ice from the bar, which became inconvenient
While this may seem like a relatively minor issue, it felt inconsistent with the level of flexibility and comfort one would expect from a luxury hotel. Guests should be able to use at least part of the refrigerator for their own beverages rather than being effectively limited to minibar purchases.
Everything was excellent!
Above all, the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff, who go above and beyond to accommodate your every need.
I liked the location, you can see Sibenik, also 10min away from the city. Plenty of parking places ( 10 euro per day, quite good price for Croatia ). The staff was awesome, made me feel welcome. Very clean everything. Good breakfast and dinner for adults ( I recommend Octopus there )..
Limited offer for kids at dinner and what we choose in the first evening ( Fish fingers ) was bad and made us chose other places for dinner on next days.
