Pros:

Very nice hotel, with very well equipped rooms, on a good location. This hotel has the best staff, who are so kind, professional, and useful. Many thanks for Alkis for help and recommendations. We get a free upgrade of the room. We recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The pool and the room were nice, it has a lidl really close-by so easy to get groceries if needed.

Cons:

The gym was not functional at all: the machines are not fixed in the ground and so they could fall during exercises.

Also, they have dumbells only up to 4 kg, which would definitely benefit from an upgrade.

Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε!

Cons:

Κλείσαμε δωμάτιο με θέα στη λίμνη και δεν μας έβαλαν σε αυτό (χωρίς να μας εξηγήσουν κάτι), παρόλα αυτά δεν μας ένοιαζε η θέα αλλά ότι πληρώσαμε παραπάνω χρήματα για θέα που δεν είχαμε.. Επίσης το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό. Το ξύλο που υπάρχει στον τοίχο ήταν βρώμικο και φαινόταν. Όπως επίσης και τα σεντόνια είχαν λεκέδες.. Δυστυχώς αν και το προσωπικό είχε φουλ καλή διάθεση, το ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται λιγάκι παραμελημένο.

Pros and Cons
Pros:

The staff were friendly and eager to help if needed. They upgraded my room from a sigle to a double, without me asking for something like this and free of charge! The bed was SUPER comfortable. The breakfast choices were plenty and very tasty. I didn't swim in the pool but it looked clean.

Cons:

The area around the pool needs attencion. The sunbeds are worn out. The hotell mentions a wellness area/gym. It can hardly be called that. There are only 3 machines in the "gym". A treadmil, an eliptical and a multiorgan for chest/back/legs. All three are broken down to the point that they cannot (and should not) be used.
