Location, staff and view
Too noisy in the morning, walls too thin, wasted space in the foyer where it could be complimentary tea and coffee station or something to draw people to that space but there was nothing.
Skimpy complimentary tea and coffee in rooms, no bickies, very very basic bedding and furniture.
Location,
The pillows were uncomfortable, needs to be renewed
Great view of the city, but close enough to walk to City Park and Brisbane Street.
No Air Conditoner remote
The view, the decor, felt cosy
would have liked access to a toaster and/or microwave
The staff were very friendly and the place was clean and comfortable.
Nothing, it was great. The only downside was a very steep walk to get to the hotel from town although this was good exercise!
The value for money was exceptional - was such a budget friendly stay the view we had of the valley from our bed was unreal (red sunset 🫢). The room was clean and the location made it easy to get around. Free and ample parking was nice. Marcus checked us in and was very friendly, he recommended Du Cane ( pizza place ) which was top quality, also check out Bread and Butter cafe.
Not a thing
Close to town friendly staff called to provide details of how to access the property
It was high up on hill and had a very nice outlook over the city
The access was a little confusing but once worked out all good
The view, the location, the staff!!
It’s a hotel but a shame there was no microwave.
Clean and good location
Nothing
Everything nice clean friendly staff walking distance to most things
No lift carrying luggage upstairs but not a deal breaker
Cleanliness and tidyness
NA
Bed was comfy, room was warm and clean.
More towels in bathroom, better water pressure.
No Breakfast available. Pleasant scenic view of city and river. Room was average type room. Renovated bathroom however vanity was not big enough to put anything on it and shower ran wrong way and flooded the room. Quiet area.
The damp shower area, otherwise everything was good. No service was given unless you asked for it.
