A Room Not An Apartment
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is no lift so she was able to give us a ground floor room.

Cons:

The property was promoted as an apartment but it was only a motel room that had seen better days. The location was not as great as other places I have stayed at in Launceston, although it was sort of close to city centre. I was very disappointed really. The room was not an apartment. The room need’s modernising and more facilities added, like a toaster.

Happy with the accommodation overall, clean and tidy room, friendly welcome and easy check-in, close to town, just a lit
Pros:

Location was great, great views and perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Rooms were a little noisy… could hear someone snoring next door and an air conditioning unit outside made a very loud nose which work us at about 2am.

In a lovely location very close to the town centre and the city park. The twin room was spacious with nice views over the town and glimpses of the river.

Very returnable
Pros:

So clean, very comfortable bed,not so much the pillows, beautiful linen and towels, great outlook and quiet. Had a lovely sleep and enjoyed looking over the city and parklands

Clean modern great view, also messed up my booking and lady at reception sorted me out that was greatly appreciated and she went above and beyond for me
