Should increase room security features (just basic ones)
Pros:

Really comfortable. Easy access after hours.

Cons:

The security in room - no door bolt or peep hole. Bad men entering facility late (2.30am) aggressive, drunk and loud - wasn’t feeling very safe.

Wonderful property - thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very clean!
Pros:

It was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There is a steep uphill to reach the property. No issues if you have a car but can be difficult to walk.

坂が大変
Pros:

スタッフの方はとてもいい方でした。早朝に空港に向かうためのタクシーの予約をしてくれました。

Cons:

坂の上にあるホテルでしたが、スーツケースがあったのでとても大変でした。
健脚でないと何度も坂を行き来するのは大変です。

Very enjoyable stay and close to all amenities.
Pros:

We were very impressed and so grateful for this accommodation.

Very well priced (especially with a last minute booking - travelling for my son's bball), clean room, gorgeous bathroom, great communication and clear instructions for a late arrival. They even popped the heater on, which we really appreciated upon arrival at 9pm. Free parking, free wifi, close to everything we needed and lovely view.

We'll definitely be back.

Cons:

Worth mentioning there's only stairs to the top level so not appropriate for people with mobility issues if your room is upstairs. I think there's stairs to reception also, but I'm not certain if that's the only entrance as we didn't go to reception.

Location, staff and view

Cons:

Too noisy in the morning, walls too thin, wasted space in the foyer where it could be complimentary tea and coffee station or something to draw people to that space but there was nothing.
Skimpy complimentary tea and coffee in rooms, no bickies, very very basic bedding and furniture.
