There was no self-parking option within the hotel garage.
What didn’t i like about the hotel, the staff very helpful and friendly, the location a couple of blocks from broadway, bbq place next door, small swimming pool. Just a good hotel and staff

Close and convenient stay here all the time
Rude front desk service room not ready on time. Asked for pillows never got them and then got locked out of our room
Actually, we really appreciated the birthday card that had hand written notes for my husband from the staff. We are sooo sick of AI and all the non-personal stuff, so that really stood out. Kind of sad to say but true.

The property was close to numerous attractions and restaurants and the appearance was beautiful
The bed was extremely worn I. And very uncomfortable. The AC unit made lots of noise and was not very cold at all. We had to set it down to 60 for it to cool the room to 70! The only parking option was valet for 60!dollars a night on top of the ridiculous price for the stay in a 3 star hotel.

Straws and empty water bottles between night stand and bed. It took almost and hour and a half to find a luggage cart when checking out. Took over an hour to get car from valet. Mediocre buffet breakfast. Hot food was maybe warm at best.
Staff was helpful and courteous
For the amount of money you pay to stay there, the least they can do is have free breakfast
