Comfortable, clean, kind staff but noisy location.
Pros:

Great proximity to food and beverage venues, very comfortable bed and great shower.

Cons:

The location was great but the nighttime noise was extreme and we didn’t get any sleep. There doesn’t seem to be any window noise protection from street noise like I’ve experienced in other Hilton hotels. We were on the 5th floor but seemed like we were in a fire station house.

Pros:

Location was good. Atmosphere not really my style. Room was nice and functional. I think the room rate was increased for our training class. The posted rate on the Internet was much lower. Room could have been cleaner. The refrigerator had sticky greasy stuff on the top where it opened and inside was a block of ice that made noise every few minutes. In the topic of noise... It seemed like every fifteen minutes a police, ambulance, fire truck or some other siren was going by. There were also concerts going on at the amphitheatre a couple blocks away that you could hear pretty well from my room. Service was good.

The weekend trip was great! Hotel was conveniently located near all the CMA Fest shenanigans.

The room was warm, and we couldn’t get it to ever really cool down. It stayed very humid inside the room.

Pros:

Every day we had fresh towels, I left my wallet in the drawer and they were super quick to get back to me about how to get it back to me as I live in a different state. The friendly staff and how they were willing to take a group of 18 of us picture every night with our crazy themes for the concert.

It was close to everywhere we wanted to walk. It had a restaurant right across the street. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were excellent. The staff was excellent. We had a great breakfast every morning.
