Verouderd en zeker geen 4 sterren.
Pros:

Bedden. Personeel is aardig.

Cons:

Kamer is karig en verouderd, zeker geen 4 sterren. Plafond is laag, bukken om deur door te gaan, douchen in krap bad met spatscherm, geen minibar, geen zithoek enkel een bureaustoel en krappe kamer met het bed bijna tegen de deur. Zeker geen 4 sterren niveau.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Essen war wirklich außergewöhnlich, das spezielle "Kinderbuffet" ein liebevolles Extra im Speisesaal. Auch fand ich die Trennung Kinder- und Erwachsenen-SPA-Bereich generell toll gelöst. Den Kids-Bereich habe ich mir angeschaut, fand ich super und ich als alleinreisende Person fand trotzdem im Erwachsenenbereich die nötige Ruhe, die ich gesucht habe.

Cons:

Der Servicegedanke/die Gästebetreuung war leider nicht bei allen Angestellten auf 4-Sterne-Niveau. Auf meinem Bettlaken fanden sich noch (vermutlich Wimperntusche-)Flecken, die wohl bei der Wäsche nicht rausgingen und ein Hinweis im Ruhebereich/Flüsterzone, die (leider nur per Drücker zu öffnende) Türe leise zu schließen wäre vielleicht noch ein Tipp von mir.

Wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder kommen, abends würden wir vielleicht auch mal woanders essen.
Pros:

Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich, ebenso an der Bar und an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Spa und Poolbereich sind schön und besondern mit Kind sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, jedoch hat uns überall etwas Pepp bzw. der letzte Schliff gefehlt.

Pros:

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolles Essen und eine wunderschöne Poollandschaft. Da mein Zimmer bei Ankunft noch nicht ganz fertig war (ich war deutlich zu früh da), wurde ich spontan in eine Suite einquartiert. Tolle Sache!

We loved the food! The sports bar was great fun and our room was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile for their guests.

The pillows! But I do have a very fussy neck!

Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Alpenpark Ressort in Seefeld ist ein Hotel, dass sehr empfehlenswert ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig gelegen trotzdem nah am Zentrum und Bahnhof. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung insgesamt sehr gut!

Uns hat ALLES gefallen!!!!!!!!! Dies ist ein aussergewöhnliches Hotel in jeder Hinsicht!!!!! Freundlichkeit, Zimmer, Essen, Hotelpark, Spa, Preis-Leistung, etc etc, einfach ALLES TOP!!!!

Sehr freundliche Personal, vom Hotel sind wir enttäuscht.
Pros:

Etwas Lieblos aufgestellt

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war keine Dusche vorhanden. Duschen somit in der Badewanne.
Wegen der Dachschräge war das nur im Sitzen möglich. Zimmer 264
Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, und es wurde sehr wenig saniert, Vorallen in den Gästezimmer.
