Schönes Hotel - gute Lage

Personal vor allen Dingen im Restaurant sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lage sehr gut 👍 Essen sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Bedienung am Aussenpool wäre toll gewesen . Sehr sehr schlechtes WLAN !

Mitarbeiter alle wirklich sehr freundlich. Frühstücksangebot top. Abendessen war sehr lecker. Massage war auch super. Lage zum Bahnhof und zum Dorf super. Beim Auschecken noch ein Glas Marmelade Gratis bekommen.

Cons:

Erste Nacht war die Temperatur im Zimmer (Dachgeschoss) wie in einer Sauna, leider keine Klima.

Die Saunalandschaft ist angenehm groß und sehr schön; die Barkeeper sehr kompetent.

Cons:

mein Zimmer war wohl etwas älterer Natur mit Blick auf den Hinterhof, aber soweit sauber und für meinen Bedarf ausreichend.

Leider hatten wir sehr schlechtes Wetter und das Hotel konnte es leider nicht ausgleichen.
Pros:

Tiefgarage war sehr angenehm. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ebenfalls 4 Sterne wert.

Cons:

Wenn Gegenstände im Zimmer vorhanden sind, sollten sie funktionieren und überprüft werden.
Nur weil der zuständige Saunamitarbeiter krank war gab es mehrere Tage keinen Aufguss. Zudem hatte der Hausmeister am ersten Tag vergessen alle Saunen und Dampfbäder einzuschalten. Dann schaut gefühlt niemand im Saunabereit nach ob etwas aufgefüllt werden muss. Zwei Tage musste ich wegen fehlender Handtücher reklamieren. Einige Wellnessduschen funktionieren nicht mehr einwandfrei Wasser kommt an Verschraubungen statt am Duschkopf raus. Eine Sauna knarrt und quietscht dass man sich überhaupt nicht getraut sich zu bewegen.Im Zimmer geht der Laminat auseinander so dass 3 mm breite Fugen entstehen. Viele kleine Dinge die mit wenig Aufwand instandgesetzt werden könnte jedoch fühlt sich glaub nicht wirklich jemand verantwortlich.
