Absolutely horrible experience
Pros:

Can I give a rating worse than terrible?? This property is far from clean, filthy hallways, dirty rooms. We stayed four nights due to family bereavement, only because there was no availability elsewhere. Day 2 the towels were replaced, the beds were made half assed, the soap/shampoo were not replenished, the coffee maker not cleaned or replenished, the cable for the tv stopped working. Day 3, beds not made, towels not changed, coffee maker still not taken care of, still no tv. This necessitated a trip to the front desk to enquire if in fact these services were included or not! After a long day out dealing with the passing of a family member, these are not issues that we needed to face

Better attention to cleaning and operation needed
Pros:

Securiry door propped open, back entrance approach full of overflowing cigarette and garbage containers, residents hanging out window smoking, Walls in room randomly painted and partially painted, grubby grout, and dead cockroach found in bathroom the next morning, although there have apparently been some renovations, the common areas are not clean, room smelled of urine and stale food when we opened the door. Staff was friendly, but opened first room we were given and it was already occuppied, including someone in bed. It is very well located to amenities, lots of parking.

Over priced basic motel like. Better off spending but extra for airbnb

Old dated, not clean. Pool was under construction. No breakfast. Basic. Mattresses were cheap. No plug to have a bath. Not enough towels. 2 sachets of shampoo for two night stay that cost $360

To sum up my stay, it lasted 5 mins. We went up the road to the Wyndham for $30 more and felt very safe and comfortabl

Nothing and we didn’t stay!!!

Cons:

Upon arrival there was a man sleeping in the lobby when my daughter and I walked in. People were coming out from a gaming room to get money from an ATM machine. Then When I was told where to park, closer to my room it would be easier to go around and park out back I was shocked and also felt very uncomfortable and vulnerable as I see a group of people digging through the dumpster, along side some of other people hanging out in lawn chairs smoking and being loud, a man sitting in his van staring at us with his window open and his feet hanging out them and then the last straw was when I got back into my car and heard someone whistle at me. I then went right back in and requested a refund right away. I was told I’d have to get a hold of booking. Com and they would send me a etransfer to refund me, that it was against the hotel policy. No refunds. Still trying to get my money back. A quick mother daughter getaway cost me twice as much and hope no one has to experience the same unnerving and unsettling experience that I had.
