Great stay ,highly recommend this beautiful hotel
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
The lounge area is comfortable.
The restaurant is beautiful
Our rooms were spotlessly clean, airy and comfortable
All the little extras were ideal ie the eye mask and ear plugs and the full selection of tea,coffee and hot chocolate sachets
The added Luxury of the coffee machine was perfect
I really enjoyed seeing the telescope too.

Pros:

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The on site restaurant is worth a visit and the service and food were great. Lovely sea view and were able to have breakfast in our room.

Cons:

The room was on the top floor under the eaves and it got a little warm in the evening and overnight and it hadn't been a particularly hot day. There was a fan in the room which helped overnight with the window open.

Rooms with the best view. Staff amazing!
Pros:

The staff were amazing and the room with a view out to see was stunning. The Elemis was a fabulous touch.
Afternoon tea was delicious and they do a child’s one which my grandson loved !

Cons:

Nothing really. It’s a 20 minute walk to the pier but a pleasurable one !

Pros:

The room was clean and ideally placed for our dog - isolated from other rooms and easy access to outside.
The hotel location is excellent across the road to the promenade and then the pebble beach.
