Location on the prom
Room was very dusty
Breakfast room on the small side, but I assume the fuller the Hotel is, the more that is spilled beyond the actual room. Lift takes a little while to respond and the telescope in the Room (106) was pretty useless. Nice to have a fridge and the view was magnificent. Breakfast was cooked to order and tasty.
Not much to dislike. I found the mattress too firm, but this is obviously a personal issue. I could hear the inhabitant of the room above, but again, not a deal breaker.
Locatiion
Friendly staff
Bathroom a bit small
First impressions very good, clean & friendly sraff
Could not open the sash bedroom window
We had an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel. Both were very good and service was friendly and fast. Room was overlooking sea but was quiet with window closed. Lovely modern bathroom. Perfect for visiting Venue Cymru!
Room was quite warm for us but opened window. Double room was slightly on small side but more than made up with facilities and everything provided. L
Excellent location and our room had a sea view. Very accommodating for dogs.
There is nothing we didn’t like small improvements are the room we had only had a bedside light on one side and initially although we had booked our dog there was no dig bag in the room but this was quickly rectified.
Lovely clean and comfortable room, excellent view, great breakfast and friendly staff. Great location for us goong to the theratre.
Lack of parking options
This was our 2nd visit to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea and the room and new bathroom was lovely. The breakfast was also really good and the restaurant staff were so lovely. I also found the manager really helpful when we had to raise an issue.
The receptionist wasn’t very friendly when we arrived, and was not helpful when we had an issue with the window in the room. But the manager was great. We were also not aware that the parking along the promenade chargeable.
Excellent stay here, staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are well kept, modern and clean
The location is great and Seaview for breakfast
Would definitely stay again, highly recommended
Really comfortable, great location for Venue Cymru
Staff lovely. Food good.
Hotel lovely with little extra touches that were really nice.
No entertainment which would be nice.
Also our room had roof rafters which meant you had to bend and watch you did not bang ykur head to get round the bed so not really suitable for elderly couple or disabled person. Would be ok as a single room
Comfortable and peaceful with a great view of the sea. Excellent Welsh whisky. We had a lovely evening meal here after a quick drink at a cosy micro pub nearby (Cask & Apple)
Everything was great - picked action with a sea view which made a big difference
Everything.
Main things for me when booking anywhere is a good shower and comfy bed.
Id of given it a 10 if the shower was bigger, was more of a caravan size shower. The hotel does have other types though. The bed was excellent. Massive and comfy.
The location is oerfect , right on the beach.
We had brrakfast first morning.
£15, only had it at hotel for convenience.
On day of leaving we went to Lemon tree tea rooms. Great breakfast.
Used an Italian restaurant in the afternoon, cant remember the name. Very nice.
Huge Asda 3 mins walk away for any thing you need. Perfect.
Ate at The Grill - upstairs in the Queen victoria .
Wow. Sooo nice.
100% booking again
Staff were brilliant always smiling.
Parking outside the hotel is free from 4pm to 10am hard to get a space sometimes.
Small shower cubicle but they have bigger on request
Staff were lovely
Food was really good both dinner and breakfast
The room on the first night was freezing because of the wind
The views. Couldn't wish for more in the room. Our every wish catered for. Mini fridge etc and a nice touch was the take out coffee cups so you could make a drink and enjoy sipping coffee over the road on the prom.
We really didn't like having to walk through to the other dining room for tea, coffee, toast cereals etc. I think a small table set up for these things in the dog friendly dining room would be a good idea. It being so far away spoilt the breakfast experience. We wouldn't book breakfast again for this reason.
Ideal location
Nothing
Second visit to this hotel
Mostly good experience but there were a few issues
Arrived early than check in time but Receptionist didn’t even check if room was ready
She was slightly grumpy so not a welcome we hoped for
We are couple in later life 82 & 72
We were placed in a room on 2 nd floor then down long corridor ( navigating 3 heavy fire doors on the way with suitcases and a dog )
Premier inns always try and place elderly customers nearer the lift
Could have asked for a change but was put off that by Ms Grumpy
Room was lovely very clean ( big shout out to room cleaner )
Modern bathroom
BUT. Room was very hot and stuffy despite window being open 24/7
Room was also one of the smallest in Llandudno I would think !!
Hospitality tray well stocked
Lounges comfy and dog friendly
Breakfast was excellent
Mixture of buffet & served
Dog got sausage too
Big thank you to DAISY the waitress
She was friendly , efficient and cheerful
room was fantastic and very the bed comfy shower was great too breakfast was very good we also booked afternoon tea
nothing about hotel it was great
