Shower broke !!
Great staff , great food, great room
Wonderful location, away from the hustle and bustle but still right on the front, the staff were brilliant and the food (both dinner and breakfast) was very good
The bed was SO uncomfortable with a really flimsy mattress topper that wasn’t secured at all. The shower compartment was also very small and a struggle to maneuverer in there!

We booked a seaside room and it was worth it. Breakfast avocado toast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the twin room we requested.
We ate at the restaurant, and while it was ok, it was just ok. Tables felt a bit sticky.
Apart from one receptionist who was on the abrupt side the staff were very good, the food was good
I paid for a deluxe room yes it had a nice sea view but it felt like a cupboard get better size at a premier inn, the room was dusty not good as I am asthmatic and the pillows must have been around since the hotel opened very lumpy, over priced.
On the sea front, good views, good outdoor seating and easy to park
