Enjoyed Llandudno
Pros:

We thought we’d book room and breakfast but receptionist said we had room only so we a little disappointed

Cons:

Snacks served after 7.15 on would of been good we had to go out to chip shop and got wet

I wished we had of stayed longer
Pros:

The staff were friendly always a smile for us nothing was too much trouble the hotel it’s self was beautiful furnished and spotless bedrooms were light clean bed was really comfy food was lovely can’t wait for our next visit

Nothing really if anything I would of like a bit more choice in cider

It's our 2nd visit to this hotel its exceptional clean quiet lovely food excellent staff we will be back soon this time we brought our friends they loved it just as much and said they were going to come back too most enjoyable stay thank you for the birthday card too he loved it x

Overall a pleasant stay, happy memories made
Pros:

The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely lovely and so very helpful. There had been a bit of a mix up on my dad’s room, but this was swiftly resolved by Sophie who was very understanding. Cannot fault the service and hospitality. The building is tired in places and the carpet downstairs needs a thorough cleaning but I understand it’s going to be replaced by wooden flooring at some stage, so this will be much better. Carpets in the rooms were fab though. Dinner was ok, chicken Ballantine a little dry, but tasty. Breakfast plentiful, good choice of fruits and cheese etc and cooked food as well. In all a pleasant stay in a comfortable room.

Cons:

Mattress we found a little too firm. Eggs not to my taste as scrambled and poached came out hard. I stuck to fried which were served runny, I guess it’s best to ask for how you like them cooked when ordering.

Brilliant hotel everything what I needed
Pros:

I loved the spacious room and the beautiful view from my window brilliant room definitely will book that room again , the staff were lovely and helpful great customer service and the doggie restaurant was a lovely touch to as I stopped at the hotel with my dog

Cons:

I didn't dislike anything everything was fine

Pros:

Happy with the breakfast, satisfyed , customer service from the supplier , Mr Mark.
Good taste, Neat and clean atmosphere.

Cons:

I made an extra payment for this beach front room for my partner wedding anniversary for a memorable day. When I check-in the moment I came to the room, I realised that the room window is full with dirty, note at all cleaned. My first priority and requirement for the windowside beach view room, immediately I approached the receptionist to report this issue and change my room. But the declined my request. They said that all rooms are booked.They can't do anything more for this situation. That was made me sad.
