Good location, friendly staff. Very dog friendly. Liked the separate lounge and eating areas for dogs and owners. Quality of the bed and bathroom was excellent.
Very minor point but carpets looked very tired and stained

Stayed one night in this hotel. Upon arrival check in was quick & easy. Room was on the first floor. The room wasn’t very big but ample enough & had everything you needed. Coffee machine, kettle with tea coffee facilities, to my surprise it had an ironing board & iron. Even in some 5 star hotels you don’t get that. & more importantly it had a fan which was very much appreciated. Comfy bed with comfy pillows. Bathroom was tiny tbh but shower was great so no complaints there. They provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash & body lotion. We had an evening meal, plenty to choose from, we chose the 3 course meal for £32 p/p & it was delicious. There is a lovely seating area outside to have a drink. For the price we paid for this hotel it was 10/10 we didn’t book a sea view room as it was nearly £60 more, however would definitely stay here again. While in Llandudno we visited the great orme tramway. The scenery there was unbelievable well worth a visit. However if you have a car then drive up there. We got the tram & paid £25 for 2 of us. Well in fact we could’ve just drove there.
Location was great. Room was clean.
The room was very small. Felt like harry potters room under the stairs. It was also very hot being on top floor and small with little ventilation. No AC in the room, only fan was provided. For the price it wasn’t worth it. I would have rather paid a bit extra for a normal room.

The hotel is lovely & location was excellent. Staff were lovely. Room was small however everything you needed & more even iron & ironing board, fan, coffee machine, tea & coffee facilities. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Towels were lovely. Bed comfortable, Blackout curtains. Didn’t have the breakfast this was extra. Evening meal in the restaurant £32 for a 3 course meal which was delicious. Lovely seating area outside. Would definitely stay here again.
The carpets could do with changing very worn & dirty.
Hotel was exceptionally clean and well furnished , beds were comfortable , rooms were well equipped with a sea view and walk in shower , lovely traditional hotel exterior with outdoor seating overlooking the sea .
The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast, no croissants , no vegi sausage for the vegi breakfast, ran out , despite being down at 8am . Bread frozen in the middle , poached eggs hard , general poor quality and selection of food , Americano coffee awful . Breakfast and layout of food , bins etc could do with a bit of an update .

The best aspect was the bed, very comfy.
It wasn't properly cleaned, white marks on the TV, dust on blinds, dust build up on vents, dirty glasses, dirty scruffy window frame, cobwebs on ceiling in the bathroom, the shower door didn't close properly.
