Perfect stay
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel in June, and it was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was delicious, but what impressed me the most was the staff. Anna and Naira at the reception provided a smooth, professional, and welcoming check-in experience, making sure to explain everything in detail. At check-out, Tigran was equally professional and efficient, making the process quick and seamless.

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel not only for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations but also for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

Доводчики на дверях в номерах настолько сильные, что моих бедных престарелых родителей выносило дверным полотном и номер закрывался. Поставьте упоры хотя бы.

Pros:

Great central location. Awesome breakfast. Very helpful, kind staff.

Cons:

It’s kind of dated but well maintained. It has no character. I guess you’re paying for the location.

Понравилось все - отличное место, комфортные номера, четкая работа персонала на ресепшен. Все быстро и без нареканий. Помогли организовать экскурсию и были готовы ответить на все вопросы и оперативно помочь.

Fabulous staff at a friendly, city hotel
Pros:

We have spent the last seven nights at Yerevan Place Hotel. We are still here. My wife and I travelled from Oxford, UK to experience a completely different country and culture for my birthday. The staff at the hotel are all extremely helpful and very enthusiastic in answering our many questions about sites of interest, walking routes, etc.
We have had a fabulous, adventure holiday and would thoroughly recommend this centrally located hotel. It's great for convenience in getting around the city and beyond, a clean hotel and breakfast options.
Most of all it's the people that make a great experience. Congratulations to the lovely team here (both front desk and housekeeping). They are a credit to the hotel and great ambassadors for Armenia.
