Great vakue!
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Small but well designed pool area.
Heated pool so can use in warmer weather.

Pros:

Apartment was perfect. Great sized rooms and facilities. Friendly service and no fuss. Apartment was about a 10 minute walk from the centre, which is a perfect walk.

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here, the apartment was clean and comfortable, excellent air-conditioning, had a minor issue with the hot water pressure which Mick and Sue got onto straight away. Mick gave us some tips when we decided to a day trip to Cooktown, both Mick and Sue very helpful and available and do a fabulous job of maintaining the apartments and surrounding gardens and pool, which makes everything more relaxing.

Cons:

The 2nd floor was a bit of an issue as no lift (but then again very few places do have them in Port Douglas),for the friends travelling with us as they had some mobility issues, but next time we'll ask for a ground floor apartment if they are with us.
