친구와 여행 목적으로 방문했는데 신라스테이 울산 삼산점에서 숙박하며 더욱 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 기대하지 않았는데 룸도 업그레이드 해주시고, 맥주와 스낵 서비스도 제공해 주셔서 놀이동산 야경을 보며 꿈꾸듯 행복한 시간이었어요. 숙소 매우, 몹시 청결했고요~ 녹차와 풀잎 향이 나는 샴푸, 바디제품도 좋았고, 침대가 너무 편해서 기절하듯 잠들었네요~ 직원들도 매우 친절하셨는데 성함을 잊어버려 너무 죄송합니다~~~ 김정은(?) 직원분께 특별히 더 감사드려요~ 다음 울산 여행도 신라스테이와 함께 할게요~ 감사합니다~ ^^

숙소의 위생, 청결 상태에 매우 만족해서 크게 아쉬운 점은 없지만.... 생수와 수건을 더 챙겨 주시면 좋을 것 같아요~ 요청했으면 더 주셨을 수도 있는데 따로 요청하지는 않았어요~~~

I am satisfied in my stay and I will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Ulsan.
Pros:

The best part about my whole experience in Shilla Stay Ulsan is the breakfast. I absolutely looked forward to waking up early for the breakfast buffet which had a good selection of both Korean and non-Korean cuisine. I had the haejangguk every morning. The staff in the cafe were so nice and greeted me with a smile every time.

Speaking of staff, the employees at the reception were also nice and helpful. They helped me when I had questions about transportation which made my travel to Gimhae Airport very early in the morning so smooth.

Cons:

The thoroughness of the daily cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathroom. I noticed that the toilet wasn't perfectly clean twice - once when I first arrived in the room, and when I got back later in the day on my second day.

Pros:

The hotel is big and busy, so breakfasts can get quite hectic (but the buffet selection is good). The room was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. The walls showed some wear and would need refurbishment, but the room was clean. I loved the big bathroom and the seating area next to the window. The view was magnificent. There are bus stops nearby, a lot of department stores and several restaurants. The staff speaks limited English.

Pros:

Everything was super. Large, comfortable and clean room, modern very well equiped and comortable bathroom, very tasty breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff everywhere.
I highly recomend this hotel.

I liked it and would definitely stay here if I come back to Ulsan.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, I have stayed in a Shilla stay before which is why I wanted to book this one.
I loved how helpful the staff were, the laundry room was easy to use once I got some help. I liked the breakfast. And the location was pretty good.

Cons:

I do wish they had dinner.

Cons:

The bathroom was dark, and the bathtub/shower area felt unsafe. The tub was extremely slippery, with no grab handle or anti-slip mat provided. In addition, the shower glass only covered half of the tub, so water splashed all over the bathroom floor, making it even more slippery and uncomfortable to use. It was difficult to fully relax during the stay.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, pas très loin du parc et du lieux qui m'intéressait ! le petit déjeuner délicieux, et le personnel très agréable.

L'hôtel est TROP bien placé, ma chambre donnais sur une des rues principal.. toutes la nuit je pouvais entendre les voitures c'était le seul point négatif..
