Amazing breakfast and considerate staff
Pros:

Ms. Ko allowed us to check in an hour early, which was most helpful and considerate. The breakfast is fantastic! They have a great omelet chef, and overall great selection. The interior space is peaceful and orderly.

Cons:

They don't have great indoor bike storage, so thats a consideration if you're in Ulsan for the excellent biking. Downtown location is a bit far from both the train station and the bamboo forest. But Ulsan taxis are great.

Pros:

위치가 진짜 좋고 (다만 너무 번화해서 커튼을 열고 자기엔 네온사인이 밝습니다) 시설이 깔끔하고 침구가 편해서 푹 쉴 수 있습니다. 요즘 자주 출장 중인데 여기로 계속 투숙하게 됩니다

Cons:

이게 개선점인진 모르겠지만 굳이 꼽자면 개취지만 샤워기 수압이 미쳤습니다.

Pros:

충전기를 안가지고와서 문의했는데 친절하게 응대해주시고 대여도 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 그리고 두번의 아침 조식은 충분히 만족스러웠습니다.

Cons:

1. 욕실 바로 옆 냉장고 위에 거울이 있는데 조명이 없어서 불편했던 것 같습니다.

2. 그리고 USB용 충전기가 요즘 트렌드인데 그게 없는것도 조금 아쉬웠던 것 같아요.

- Dirty hotel (stains on most furniture, walls) in the common areas --> Poor maintenance.
- Dirty rooms (stains on furniture, walls) and even mold to be spotted in the shower --> Poor maintenance.
- Poor insulation (you can easily hear people talking in the doorway).
- Waited 20-30 minutes for breakfast (seems poorly organized).
