Pros:

I like the service. They are very fast and attentive especially the front office, Jay. He understands and knows the needs of a family. He gave us adjoining rooms which is very much appreciated.
The rooms were also very comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The swimming pool is one of the reason that made me choose this hotel. Unfortunately, due to lack of supervision from the hotel, it made the experience rather traumatic by some guests behaviour.

Pros:

Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung. Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch die Kopfkissen waren super.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist als 4-Sterne Hotel angepriesen. Wir würden max. 3 Sterne vergeben. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, in Miri war das Frühstück deutlich besser. Im Zimmer ist ein Teppich ausgelegt, der ziemlich abgewohnt und voller Flecken ist. Unser Zimmer war leider zur Hauptstraße raus, sodass es, trotz geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut war. Auch die Klimaanlage hat mit der Temperatureinstellung nicht funktioniert. Es gab nur kalt oder sehr kalt. Für das was geboten wurde ist es zu teuer.

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room was hot. The air-conditioner was not functioning well. A technician came after i made a complaint and repaired it, but the air-con did not get any better.

Akan fikirkan cari pilihan hotel lain dulu sebelum memilih hotel ini
Pros:

Sarapan tidak sedap tapi nasib baik lokasi berhampiran dengan kedai-kedai yang ada menjual makanan

Cons:

- Tempah katil besar tapi dapat katil singgle yang digabungkan
- Shower air perlahan...mandi rasa tidak puas
- Penyelarasan air panas dan sejuk....sukar untuk dptkan suhu sesuai untuk mandi...adjust sikit terus panas dan sebaliknya terus sejuk bila adjust di arah lain

Pros:

Near airport. The staff engineer come quickly to fix my broken bed when i called.im grateful

Cons:

Furniture like the bed is old and need maintenance. My bed got broken when i was lying down

Pros:

Location. It's in a mall but not downtown. Not tourist area. Good area for living. Nearby area is full of restaurants, hypermarket, and many other shopping retail outlet. The bathroom smell nice and it boost the mood

Cons:

The carpet. It's not clean. There is vacuum that can wash carpet so spend some for it and clean the carpet
