Just the location

Cons:

1) Complimentary airport pick up didn’t arrive on time despite informing earlier to be there at 2.30pm. Waited and had to call hotel. Driver came at 2.45pm

2) Breakfast was bad. Bread was hard. Staff at breakfast area not bothered & playing mobile games.

Pros:

I like the service. They are very fast and attentive especially the front office, Jay. He understands and knows the needs of a family. He gave us adjoining rooms which is very much appreciated.
The rooms were also very comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The swimming pool is one of the reason that made me choose this hotel. Unfortunately, due to lack of supervision from the hotel, it made the experience rather traumatic by some guests behaviour.
