Très bon hotel
Pros:

Proche train de banlieue, bon wifi, chambre de bonne qualité, literie confortable, bonne insonorisation, climatisation silencieuse de bonne qualité, petit déjeuner de bonne qualité

SdB bien agencée mais avec peu de places pour poser sa trousse de bain mais ça reste anecdotique

Excellent Location, Disappointing Service
Pros:

The location is excellent—quiet, peaceful, and well connected to both the metro and central Paris. There are plenty of nearby amenities, including grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants, making it very convenient for an extended stay.

Cons:

The room was quite basic and lacked standard amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion. Only a single all-in-one soap was provided. Sound insulation could also be improved, as noise from the hallway was clearly audible from inside the room. There were not enough towel racks or hangers to properly dry towels.

The reception experience was disappointing. The front desk was often unattended and lacked the level of customer service and hospitality one would expect. The same male receptionist who assisted us throughout our stay appeared disengaged and unhelpful. Upon arrival, the room initially assigned to us was not ready, requiring us to return to reception to resolve the issue. During check-out, the same receptionist remained seated in the back office and simply nodded at us without offering assistance or confirming the check-out process, leaving us unsure of what to do and ultimately just leaving the key cards at the desk.

Another issue was the lack of a "Do Not Disturb" sign. On one occasion, a staff member entered our room while we were inside to ask whether we needed towels, which was unexpected and intrusive. The following day, a housekeeping staff member knocked on the door, but despite our repeated responses, there was no acknowledgment and she simply walked away.

Overall, while the location is a strong advantage, the service and guest experience could be significantly improved.

L'emplacement super à proximité d'une gare pour se rendre à Paris en 10 minutes, dans une petite ville charmante
le patron est un homme formidable à l'écoute et très disponible. On revient avec plaisir

Kleines hotel nähe Bahnhof.
Pros:

Schönes hotel mit sauberem Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gemacht. Lage war super am bahnhof gelegen.

Cons:

Der Empfang war sehr kurz, wir haben die karte bekommen und keine weiteren Infos. Leider roch das Zimmer ein wenig nach zigaretten was nach ein wenig lüften wieder rausging.

Peaceful location. Clean room and toilet. Aircon good. Only noise at night was trash collector around 7 and it lasts only a couple of mins. From St Lazare station take one train 2 stops to get here. Very near Bois Colombes station. Peaceful area. Monoprix near hotel open until 22.00.

Séjour très agréable, avec le soleil en prime
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, à l'écart du centre, donc tranquille. En même temps, il est proche des commerces et des moyens de transport pour nous amener au coeur de Paris. La chambre est très propre, bien décorée et au calme.
Le petit-déjeuner est très correct avec des produits frais.

Cons:

La literie était un peu "molle" pour mon conjoint. La lampe de chevet côté sdb ne fonctionnait pas seule.
Le wc et les joints de la douche n'étaient pas nickel.
