Disappointing!
Pros:

Below average. We have stayed there in previous years and the breakfast now is subpar.

Cons:

The facilities felt like they were in shambles. The elevators have workers using them so they were messy. We stayed there in July 2025, and there were doing renovations. Now it’s 2026 and they look like they have only completed 20%.

I will never stay there again
Cons:

Everything in the room was broke showered didn't work I had to plug my own lights up and the TV was out of date. There was no hot breakfast like there should have been for 150 bucks a night you should get a hot breakfast. They served a crab and go breakfast like a cheap hotel would.

Quick trip, didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel, but the hotel itself is getting worse with ongoing renovations
Pros:

Close, within walking distance to the main strip. Staff friendly & apologetic.

Cons:

Been there 3 times in the past 2 years & it’s still going under renovations, each time we have visit it’s getting worse. It’s rather pricy for such a mess. Not sure we will go back till it’s done.

Do not book this property. They have nothing in operation. And they should be closed.

Pike of smelly mattressses in the lobby is enough to say it

The most disgusting place we have ever been

Cons:

Disgusting, dirty, smelly mattresses are welcoming you in the lobby, yellow tape everywhere like a crime scene, the smell of funeral home is soaked in everything, yellow sheets, sink is hold by a 2x4 wood piece…. We just left and slept in the car. On the parking lot. It was the craziest place ever.

It was dirty throughout the hotel with construction going on never saw anyone cleaning up the dirt on the floor on the entry way into hotel or in the elevator. Room was not the cleanest. Do not think will ever be staying there again.

Pros:

It was close to family we were visiting. Mrs terry was wonderful!

Cons:

It’s under construction which it didn’t mention when I booked the room. There was no pool for the kids. Didn’t like the parking situation. It was a long walk just to get to the room. I couldn’t imagine being handicap staying there.

Little disappointed, but will be back

The location and the staff.

Cons:

Facility under heavy renovation, with odors. Breakfast area was jammed into a small space and limited selection. The nightly rate should have been reduced due to this. I've stayed at this hotel.about 5 times over the last 4 or 5 yrs. The rate charged to me was the same rate when the facility was fully operational. Pool was closed too.
