As the weather was extremely hot the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.
Pros:

The staff from reception to the bar to the cleaning staff were just amazing. We always stay here when we travel from Ireland to visit our daughter but this time was hard as the heat was unbearable but the staff could not do more for us which made our visit so much easier. We would not even contemplate staying anywhere else.
