I like everything about the hotel. Whenever we travel to the city, we would always stay in this hotel. We like everything about the hotel. The room is great, the breakfast is superb!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful! We stayed in the hotel for a week and we felt we were at home. The lady whose name is Pan Meihan 潘美涵 has excellent communication skill and is extremely helpful. She would help me through WeChat any time whenever I asked her questions, even when was off work. She even helped me same money! I give the hotel 10 for all the services provided, especially for Pan Meihan's assistance. We would definitely choose this hotel again in our next trip!!! Thank you so much 谢谢你， Pan Meihan 潘美涵!

Excellent hotel but I wish they could also cater for non-chinese/international visitors.
Pros:

Excellent room size, facilities and location. Clean and well maintained.

Cons:

No one spoke English made it very difficult for me, specially during breakfast and at reception.

This is not an international hotel, nobody speaks English, not for foreigners. Check out was a farce, 25 minutes struggling with the credit card machine.

Excellent Business Trip Hotel
Pros:

Went for business, this is a 5* hotel. If you are looking for clean, very comfortable accommodations, than this is an excellent choice. The staff responds immediately, clothes are cleaned and pressed, shoes shinned, room is cleaned properly, food is good, all around excellent place to stay. If you are like me an American, they do have staff that speaks English. I will return to this hotel again.
