Pros:

Posizione tranquilla , fuori dal centro, spiaggia a 20 mt, ,mare fantastico spiaggia libera con doccia , parzialmente di sabbia e ciotoli, lido adiacente con servizi , bar ristorante. Posto auto scomodo per grandi macchine ma riservabile e videosorvegliato.
Personale gentilissimo

La struttura ha grande potenziale ma é datata, occorre una rimodernata che sicuramente sta avvenendo

Pros:

Colazione ricca e soddisfacente. Si può arrivare a piedi al giardino Pallanca di piante esotiche

Cons:

Stavamo finendo la colazione e ci hanno chiesto di affrettarci per fare posto ad altri clienti.
Non erano chiare le indicazioni su dove avremmo potuto parcheggiare, essendo rientrati in albergo in tarda serata per un imprevisto, e non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere in reception.

Vi blev lovet "Gratis parkering" og "Parkering", men det var på offentlig vej. Det var ikke nøjagtig angivet, jeg gik ud fra, at der var overvåget parkering, men der var gadeparkering som man kan se, hvis man læser det med småt.

Vi blev ringet ophele tiden og skrevet til under kørslen derhen, fordi man ville have os til, at logge ind.
Det var meget påtrængende og irriterende, når det foregik under kørsel, og det var heller ikke meddelt på forhånd.

Der er billeder af en terasse/have, hvor man kan opholde sig, men det var kun til rådighed for et værelse blev der sagt, for vi spurgte.

Comfortable once we got in, but an unfriendly welcome after a 9 hour ride to get there

Close to the beach, apartment was spacious for 4 people with a good sized balcony overlooking the sea

Cons:

The receptionist was the most unfriendly, and at times, aggressive woman I've met in a long time. When we arrived there were not enough beds for 4 people to sleep separately, it was only after a long discussion & providing proof of the booking confirmation that an other bed was provided, which the receptionist / caretaker was clearly unhappy about setting up for us. She was like the Italian version of Basil Fawlty

Cons:

La vue était gâchée par la ligne du chemin de fer nous apercevions quand même la mer au-dessus.
Les photos de l'annonce ne ressemble pas à celle de l'hôtel.
Où est donc cette grande terrasse vue mer!

Satisfactory hotel close to beach, busy road & railway
Pros:

Softest towels known to man, good shower, comfy bed, fridge in room with water. Free parking on site, decent wifi. Hotel was literally 25m from the beach.

Cons:

hotel was close to beach, however also located directly on busy road & immediatedly next to railway track. Nearby beach was pebbles not sand. Room had old but solid furnishings, walls looked recently painted but still a bit shabby looking. TV not modern internet, i.e no apps like youtube etc.

Absolument rien. Une expérience catastrophique et inhumaine : cet hôtel n'a aucun respect pour la sécurité des familles et des enfants. À éviter à tout prix, c'est dangereux.

Si vous voyagez en famille, passez votre chemin. Notre expérience avec l'hôtel Lora RDA Luxury a été un véritable traumatisme.
Malgré une réservation confirmée et intégralement payée, l'établissement a refusé l'accès à mon épouse et mes deux enfants (3 et 7 ans) à 20h20. Alors que nous avons fourni en temps réel toutes les preuves d'identité et de filiation (livret de famille, passeports, pièces d'identité, attestations de mutuelle), la direction a fait preuve d'une mauvaise foi totale en prétendant n'avoir rien reçu.
Pire encore : face à une mère seule avec deux enfants en bas âge, l'hôtel a refusé d'appliquer le moindre discernement. Ils ont poussé le cynisme jusqu'à renvoyer ma famille vers le commissariat à une heure tardive. Lorsque la police a confirmé qu'il n'y avait aucun obstacle à leur enregistrement, l'hôtel a tout de même refusé de les accueillir, laissant une famille avec des enfants affamés sur le trottoir.
Résultat : une mère et deux enfants contraints de reprendre la route de nuit, parcourant plus de 300 km pour rentrer chez eux, traumatisés par cette exclusion gratuite.
Cet établissement privilégie un formalisme administratif absurde et cruel au détriment de l'assistance à personne en danger. L'éthique de cet hôtel est inexistante. Si vous tenez à la sécurité et au respect de vos enfants, évitez cet établissement à tout prix

Esperienza negativa.
Pros:

Forse solamente il prezzo.

Cons:

L'accoglienza è stata pessima, stavamo per andarcene. Poi le scuse da parte del personale sono durate fino al giorno dopo. La colazione se non si prenota il giorno prima non è disponibile, ma meglio così.

Pros:

La clim. Hôtel correct pour une halte rapide. Personnel qui s'exprime en français et très gentille

Cons:

Parking non garanti (parking gratuit le.long de la route passante), bruyant (mal isolé on entend assez les gens dans les autres chambres et couloirs), la photo attrayante de notre chambre ne correspondait pas (bien que le.descriptif oui: balcon vue sur la mer, oui mais avec un mur devant et un balcon petit).
