Pros:

Traumhafter Ausblick vom Pool und Restaurant. Wenig Personal, aber sehr freundlich und speditiv. Ausgezeichnete Küche, die ihren Preis wert ist. Kleines, feines Frühstück, bequeme Poolliegen und ein friedlicher Privatstrand. Danke auch für die Mückennetze im Zimmer!

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr hart. Ohne Seeblick wirkt das Zimmer durch die Felswand direkt vor dem Fenster eher düster. Das kleine, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Badezimmer hat eine enge Dusche und einen schmalen Zugang. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank für Getränke im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert.

A nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! O hotel tem uma vista fabulosa sobre o Lago Maggiore, e o nosso quarto oferecia uma vista panorâmica simplesmente deslumbrante. Gostaríamos de deixar um agradecimento especial à Ariana, pela amabilidade com que nos recebeu à chegada, e à Marlene, pela sua simpatia e atenção.

Adorámos a experiência e recomendamos este hotel, deixando apenas uma sugestão construtiva: seria importante rever a forma como os hóspedes são recebidos durante o pequeno-almoço. A senhora responsável por esta área parece manter uma postura bastante distante, limitando-se a repor os alimentos, sem demonstrar grande interação com os hóspedes. Um simples «bom dia», um sorriso ou uma palavra simpática fariam toda a diferença para criar um ambiente mais acolhedor e transmitir uma verdadeira sensação de boas-vindas.

A simpatia da Ariana, sempre com um sorriso fácil e genuíno, é um excelente exemplo de hospitalidade e mostra como pequenos gestos podem tornar a estadia ainda mais especial. Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in einem Hotel mit super Terrasse, tollem Pool und nettem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool ist natürlich der Hammer!
Die Lage (so nah an der Ascona Promenade).
Die Aussicht vom Panorama-Zimmer war super!
Parkplatz
Frühstück war ok, die Teller etwas klein ;-)

Cons:

Wenn man etwas aufführen müsste, dann:
Im Bad war ein sehr unangenehmer Kanalisationsgeruch (vor allem abends)
Matratzen für unseren Geschmack sehr hart.. ist aber natürlich individuell

Hat alles gepasst und hab mich sofort wohlgefüllt.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gratis Sekt und Häppchen zum Empfang war schon Klasse.

Cons:

Am Empfang waren eine Menge Prospekte aufgelegt leider fand ich keinen in deutscher Sprache.
Die Entfernung zum Zentrum sind doch gut 2 km

Das erste Zimmer wegen des Lärmes der Kühlapparate, die direkt vor unserem Fenster waren und wir unmöglich schlafen konnten bei offenem Fenster.
