Pros:

Quite cheap considering it's pretty much in front of a yamanote station and only 3 stops away from shibuya. The location is also close to konbini, food, supermarket, and even Uniqlo.
The room is clean and are cleaned everyday.

Cons:

Nothing really, but the quality of amenities can be improved

ロケーションはとても良かった。部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかった。

浴室の換気が悪かった。他の部屋の音や廊下の音が聞こえた事が、部屋がとても綺麗だったので、余計に残念に感じた。
