Pros:

La gentilezza delle receptionist, la vicinanza alla stazione JR e metro.

Cons:

La colazione, poca scelta e anche il personale non era molto cortese.
In particolare non c'era il succo all'arancia, non c'erano uova, non c'erano marmellate, croissant...anche il salato non era abbondante e variegato

Cons:

部屋が生臭くて2泊で予約しましたが、空気清浄機を使っても改善しなかったので途中でホテルを変えました。
立地は良かったけど、部屋が狭すぎ臭すぎたのでちょっと2泊は無理でした。

Pros:

The hotel is located right next to Gotanda Station. Our room faced the station, so we could hear the announcements over the speakers. However, if you spend most of the day exploring the city, it is not really a problem.

The room was very clean, but typically small for Tokyo. It was extremely compact, with barely enough space to open a suitcase.

Breakfast is mainly Japanese-style, although there are also a few Western options. There were some small croissants and Danish pastries, but they were not fresh and were practically inedible. The coffee was also really poor.

リーズナブルに利用でき、多少の無理にも融通を聞かせて盛られて良かった。
Pros:

チェックイン時間より早く着いたが特別にチェックインさせてもらうなどスタッフの対応が良かった。駅が近く、足の便が良かった。コンビニ併設で足りないものをすぐ入手できた。

Cons:

思った以上に部屋が狭かった。夏場なので良かったが、冬場はバスタブがないと体が温まらなそう。

If a convenient location is all you need then this is the spot. Staff is nice but the property is not the cleanest.
Pros:

Location is good, right next to the station so it’s convenient. There’s a family mart downstairs, a pharmacy across the street, decent coffee nearby and a nice bakery across the street.

Cons:

It is dirty and run down, not what the pictures looked like at all. The walls were peeling and patchy. The toilet had a sewer like smell when you flush it.
