Perfect origin point to explore Tokyo
Pros:

Excellent location, clean and quiet room. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Breakfast selection is large with both continental and Japanese options and of good quality. The beds are large enough for European standards and there is room enough for your luggage. The connection to Shinagawa station is very easy. This was our second stay at Mystays Gotanda Station, the first was ten years earlier and there will probably be a third time!

Cons:

The bathroom is very small and showering standing up is a challenge.

Pros:

It's clean and close to the JR station
Also, if you like someone open faucet and washing your face while sleeping this is a good choice

Cons:

The AC start leaking condensate water and spraying on my face from 2 AM
Complained to the front desk and they do nothing, also don't want to give me any compensate

お風呂環境以外は全て良かった。
Pros:

駅が目の前でコンビニがホテルの下にあるところ。
チェックアウトが11:00。

Cons:

ガラス張りのシャワー室がとても狭いので、ユニットバスの方が良かった。

予約タイミングのせいもあっただろうがセミダブルの狭い部屋で一泊2万円はチュッとね～。
Pros:

朝食は美味しかった。連泊しても飽きなかった。

Cons:

空調が集中制御され、自室でコントロールし難く、夜中寒かった。
ズボンのフック（ウエスト金具）が外れてしまい、自分で直そうと思い、フロントにペンチ（工具）の有無を聞いたら、そういう物はありませんと言われた。そういう物なのかなと。どこの事務所でもありそうなものだと思っていたが。
