Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See, der herrliche Park Ciano ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, große und gepflegte Terras
Pros:

Lage, Seeblick, Park Ciano und die Altstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen, wunderbares Frühstücksangebot und hervorragendes Abendessen, sehr freundlcihes und aufmerksames Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeit in einer Tiefgarage auf der anderen Straßenseite des Hotels.

Alles! Das Hotel ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und der Blick zum See ist traumhaft!
Herzlichen Dank an das kompetente, zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Personal, welches uns einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichte!

Cons:

Room was a little dated. Marks/stains on desk. Shower was very small . Food and drink was very expensive even for Switzerland .

Pros:

Room was very comfortable and had a great view! Front office staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The location was beautiful but it was located a bit far from the busier areas. Staff in the buffet breakfast were rude and service was poor.

Immer wieder ein Traum
Pros:

Wie immer war im Lido Seegarten (fast) alles top.
Die Zimmer mit Seeblick ein Traum, das Essen sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider hatte es 1 Gast der auf seinem Balkon bis 5 Uhr früh eine "Party" veranstaltet hat.
Man konnte mit offenen Fenster unmöglich schlafen.
Man hätte sich gewünscht, dass von Seiten Hotel etwas dagegen unternommen wird. Dies war leider nicht der Fall.

Fantastischer Panoramablick und Badespass
Pros:

Das Hotel ist familienfreundlich und bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht sowie einen schönen Pool und Seezugang. Es ist sehr gut mit dem Bus (Line 2 und 3) ab dem Bahnhof Lugano zu erreichen. Die Busstationen sind in der Nähe des Hotels. Man ist von hier in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in der Stadt. Die Zimmer mit Seeblick sind sehr schön und sauber. Sie bieten einen imposanten Blick auf das Wasser und die umliegenden Tessiner Berge. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und haben einen guten Härtegrad. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend gross. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Nespresso Maschine, Minibar und Bademäntel. Stand Up Paddleboards können gemietet werden. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Gym ist leider erst ab 9 Uhr geöffnet, bietet aber einen tollen Panoramablick auf den Luganersee. Frühsport im Gym ist daher leider nicht möglich. Die Balkone sind etwas klein, geben dem Haus aber seinen Charm.
