Das Hotel hat die 4* nur verdient aufgrund der direkten Lage am See.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See mit dem Pool und direkten Zugang zum See.
Zimmer mit Balkon zum See ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Personal ist eher zurückhaltend; beim Empfang wird nur das nötigste erwähnt zum Besuch. Im Service können wir nur aufgrund unserer Besuche zum Frühstück ein Urteil abgeben; aber eher Durchschnitt. Der Föhn im Zimmer ist zu klein und die Zahnputzgläser aus Plastik entspricht nicht gerade einem 4* Hotel.

Cons:

C’est plutôt vieillot. Meubles griffés pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Oreillers et duvets synthétiques de moyenne qualité

Schönes, „4 Sterne“ Hotel 🏨 mit sehr guter Lage!

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Reception und im Zimmerservice! Tolle Lage, direkt am Luganer See mit Möglichkeit zum dortigen schwimmen!🏊 Sehr schöne Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den See! Klimaanlage und Minibar im Zimmer! Gute Lage, ca.20 Min zu Fuß in die Altstadt durch den „City-Park“ ! Parkgarage in direkter Nähe! Terrasse zum Frühstücken/Essen! Sitzplätze in einer Laube am Pool ! Eigener Pool mit genügend Liegen! Schönes Ambiente!

Cons:

Parken teuer (37,-CHF/Tag) Frühstücksbüfett ausreichend aber keine Kreativität! Es wurde nichts nachgelegt, somit waren die Frühaufsteher gut bedient! Unfassbar im 4 Sterne -Hotel☝️( 2 Spiegeleier 🍳 kosten Extra (17,-CHF🙈) Unfreundliches Bedienungspersonal im Restaurant! (Irgendwie stört der Kunde)
Keine Duschen am Pool! Duschen in der Badewanne im Zimmer!

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and spacious. Easy to go everywhere.

Cons:

Half staff is inappropriate for this kind of hotel. Impolite, rude, not smiling. I didn’t felt welcome, the opposite. From the reception desk till the waiters at breakfast. Fix this. Moreover, I sent message 24 hours before my arrival and no one answered.
