My family and I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Araneta Center, as I chose this location to celebrate my birthday. During the booking process, they have taken note of my request and even provided a birthday token. The buffet was amazing. We had a wonderful breakfast, and the kids enjoyed their time at the pool. Overall, I will consider Novotel as one of the places to check in.

Clean and spacious. Nice location.
Good gym and steam rooms. The ice cream from Indulge is awesome. There's a chocolate one... it will change your life.
Some of the door staff guys were not very communicative.
The coffee from the machines at breakfast was not good. Lattes tasted like the milk was off.
Maybe maintenance needed at shorter intervals to make sure milk lines are clean

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
The shower room floor was quite slippery and could be a safety hazard, with no visible emergency equipment. The buffet breakfast also needed better food replenishment, as most dishes were being cleared before 10:00 AM.

The holder of the shower head broke. The room needs updating as it shows the age of the hotel.
