Appartamento non all'altezza della cifra richiesta
Pros:

poco o niente purtroppo. come al solito le foto dell'annuncio spesso risultano ingannevoli.

Cons:

la totale assenza di accessori indispensabili per un appartamento, nessun asciugacapelli e nemmeno nessuna predisposizione elettrica nel bagno per poterlo usare, nessun accessorio per stirare la biancheria, nessuna predisposizione nella doccia per utilizzo dei prodotti da bagno, cucina e mobilio in generale molto datata ed economica e con dotazione non sufficiente per un utilizzo adeguato, portafinestra pesantissima e priva di maniglia per essere aperta, per il prezzo richiesto appartamento non all'altezza.

Location vas great, apartment spacious. Pool also good.

Cons:

We asked for a set of extra sheets (dont sleep well sharing blanket) both before and after check in and got a hard no. Ended up using towels as blankets. Free parking outside comes with a 3 hour rule which should be mentioned.

Wspaniały weekend
Pros:

Spędziłyśmy cztery kobiety wspaniały weekend w tym apartamencie.
Wszystko działało bez zarzutu, od zameldowania az do wyjazdu. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem(chociaż nie widziałyśmy go osobiście, odpisywał odrazu i spełniał nasze prośby). Nasz apartament z widokiem na jezioro był też dobrze wyposażony, pralka i suszarka na ubrania, garnki, talerze, kubki, sztućce wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Parking bezpłatny tuż przy hotelu.
Z ochłody w basenie też skorzystałyśmy.
Ważne!! Wieczorem trzeba pilnować żeby drzwi na taras były zamknięte bo mogą nalecieć muszki zwłaszcza gdy w środku zostawi się zapalone światło.
Szczerze to nie rozumiem tylu negatywnych komentarzy, ale na szczęście nas nie odstraszyły.

Dejlig beliggenhed, udsigt, pæn lejlighed.
God indkøbsmulighed tæt på. Velfungerende aircondition. Godt med mulighed for garage.

Cons:

Altan lige ved nabo restaurant med mados, støj, musik. Endda høj levende musik flere gange.
Lugt af mados fra restaurant ved poolen.
Altankasser ikke velholdt, visne blomster.
Ikke muligt ved bestilling, selv at vælge et bestemt lejligheds nummer.
( vi var i lejl.207, sidste gang var vi i 305), som er længere væk fra restauranten.

Хорошее месторасположение, есть вся необходимая посуда, вполне комфортные кровати, чистые постели и все чисто

Cons:

В отдельной спальне не открывается окно, а кондиционер вообще не холодил. Слышимость на улицу и в соседние квартиры. Когда открыли окно налетело огромное количество мошки

Cons:

Mancano molte cose, la cucina ha giusto piatti posate e 3 pentole... non ci sono presine, non ci sono tovaglie, non c'è una macchina per il caffè, non ci hanno fornito di sacchi per fare la differenziata, non c'è una scopa, non c'è un fono... potrei continuare
Insomma si prende un appartamento con angolo cottura per poter essere indipendenti, sono cose che costano 2 3 euro... anche un fono da campeggio va piu che bene.. vuol dire mettere l'ospite a proprio agio

Bella la location, ma un po' troppo vuoto
Pros:

Bella la posizione a pochi metri dal lago e una bella vista dal balcone e parcheggio comodo

Cons:

L'appartamento non era totalmente pulito per terra, abbiamo trovato un sacchetto della spazzatura dei vecchi ospiti nascosto in balcone, la cucina vuota se non per posate, piatti, bicchieri e pentole varie ma niente olio, sale, pepe, caffè, Scottex. In bagno non erano presenti nemmeno un prodotto da utilizzare in per lavarsi se non due saponette per le mani.
Le bocchette delle serrature di ogni porta della casa sono appoggiate e quindi cadono appena si sfiorano le porte che bisogna spingere bene per chiuderle.
Poca insonorizzazione se non nulla, sentivamo le famiglie e i bambini degli appartamenti vicini di prima mattina con schiamazzi

An sich schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Apartment in gepflegter Anlage mit schönem Pool in bester Lage, direkt an der Uferpromenade und kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Shops, bequme Matratze

Cons:

Viele Kleinigkeiten, die einem Gast gegenüber äußerst unhöflich sind. Wir hatten zwei Apartments nebeneinander, beide waren in ähnlichem Zustand: Apt 1 zwei von vier Glühbirnen im Bad defekt, fleckige Toilettenbrille, zwei defekte Nachttischlampen, Verdunklungsgardiene hing halb aus der Schiene, abgefallene Fliesen Balkon, verrosteter Wäscheständer, unappetitliche Fugen in der Küche, Mobiliar nicht nur altmodisch, sondern eindeutig abgewohnt und erneuerungsbedürftig. Apt 2: drei von vier Glühbirnen im Bad defekt, Dichtung an der Spüle defekt - es fließt mehr Wasser daneben, Mobiliar wie in Apt 1
