Pros:

Quite comfortable room and bathroom. The biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room! The little breakfast was a sweet touch. Easy to walk to Phantip / bus connections. Far from train station, about 30 minutes in a Grab.

Cons:

It annoyed me that we specifically booked a twin room, and made a comment to request 2 separate beds, only to arrive at 11pm and things were a bit different. There were two beds in the room (one double and one single), but only the double was made up. We had to insist on getting linens for the 2nd bed to the annoyance of the night clerk.

Nos estafaron. Llegamos a hacer el check in 19h. después de todo un día de viaje, habiendo hecho este reserva con casi un mes de antelación. Nos "atendió un hombre" que dijo que no tenía disponibilidad. Al decirle que teníamos reserva solo decía: no no no! (Todo con el traductor porque solo hablaba su idioma). Al pedirle que anulara nuestra reserva nos decia: no no no! Que la teníamos que anular nosotros... Hice el reclamo a booking.com y ellos me mandaron a reclamar a Agoda.. pero claro, para reclamar en Agoda necesito una reserva en Agoda... Y mi reserva es de booking.com.. Todo mal!
