Great location and modern hotel
Pros:

Location close to everything, friendly staff and knowledgeable about the city, size of the room and bathroom, big selection TV channels, bathrobes, free pen and bottle of water, quiet roof terrace, private garage parking, lovely breakfast, air-con in the room, wardrobe space, comfortable bed, access space just outside of the hotel entrance to load off your belonging from your car, bar selection and office desk in the room and suitcase bench.

Cons:

The refrigerator wasn't very cold on the lowest setting.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço foi um a profunda deceção! Inaceitável para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Já fiquei alojado em hotéis de 2 estrelas com pequeno-almoço de nível superior. Sumo de laranja quente, pouquíssimos produtos (pão, queijo, iogurtes, fruta, etc.) disponíveis na minúscula banca onde estava a máquina de café e leite. Uma nódoa negra desnecessária num hotel de... 4 estrelas?

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely 4 star hotel - room was perfect and staff were SO friendly and helpful. It is really close to the railway station and it's great shopping centre and right next to the main shopping street of the town. We can't praise this hotel enough. Rooms have a fridge and they provide a kettle if you want one. Nothing was too much trouble
