Perfect location for your stay in Köln
Pros:

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the team was always happy to assist with questions or recommendations. A very enjoyable stay and an easy place to recommend when visiting Köln.

Would absolutely stay here again
Pros:

Check in was seamless. Service was exceptional. Room was very clean. Proximity to the DOM was phenomenal!

Cons:

Smoking right outside the front door of the hotel steps was brutal. Easy fix, have smokers step off the stairs around the corner of the entrance.

Buena ubicación, no tan buen servicio
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, el confort de las habitaciones está muy bien

Cons:

No me gustó que el alojamiento me estafara 90€ por haber comido dos pizzas congeladas cuando estaban marcadas a 13,90 € y encima tuviera que discutir con una persona de recepción porque decía que no ofrecían ese servicio cuando el día anterior había comido allí. Me pareció una vergüenza

Schönes Hotel an Toplage - für Reisende mit Fahrrad nur bedingt geeignet

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel, grosse, komfortable Zimmer. Toplage, direkt gegenüber dem Dom. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

ich bin im letzten Jahr mit meiner Frau mit dem Fahrrad angereist, dieses Mal mit einer Gruppe von Freunden. Leider gibt es keine sicheren, gedeckten Abstellplätze. Wir wurden an die Radstation beim Hauptbahnhof verwiesen. Aber niemand am Bahnhof wusste, wo sich diese befindet. Als wir schliesslich die Radstation gefunden haben, war sie geschlossen. Wir mussten die Fahrräder im Freien abstellen. Das hat uns sehr verärgert. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Hotelleitung für Personen, die mit dem Fahrrad anreisen, gedeckte und sichere Abstellplätze in der Nähe des Hotels suchen würde. Das müsste doch eigentlich machbar sein.

Amazing balcony view from our room and great location with friendly staff.

Amazing location with a view of the Cathedral from our balcony. Very central location, easy to get to and walk a lot of places!

Cons:

An iron in the room would have been useful, but the staff will let you borrow one from the front desk.

Highly recommend!!
Pros:

Beautiful and clean with very welcome silencing cushions on bathroom doors, unlike other recent stays where bathroom door squeaked loudly because they needed oil or slam shut with no ability to control that and wake up your spouse. Even the room doors shut quietly. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved it. The location could not be better.
