Ηταν ενα απλο οκ δωματιο με θεα τον καθεδρικο ναο!
Pros:

Ηταν διπλα απο τον καθεδρικο ναο ! Και πολυ κοντα στον κεντρικο πεζοδρομο και τον ποταμο Ρηνο!

Cons:

Δεν ειχαν βαλει σαμπουαν σωματος και ειχε λιγο μια παραξενη μυρωδια σαν υγρασια.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in bester Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend, sehr zentral und ideal um Köln zu Fuß zu erkunden. Mein Zimmer war sauber, angenehm und ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv fand ich auch den freundlichen und professionellen Umgang der Mitarbeiter. Beim Check-out habe ich einen kleinen technischen Hinweis zum Badezimmer gegeben, der sehr freundlich und dankbar aufgenommen wurde. Insgesamt hatte ich einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Besser geht es nicht-kann ich nur bestens weiterempfelen.
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral - gleich neben dem Kölner Dom.
Größe der Zimmer ausreichend mit Klimaanlage und blickdichte Vorhänge. Zimmer sehr sauber.
Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt.
Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal-es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt-Koffer durften wir im Hotel lassen - bis 19:00 am Abend obwohl Check Out schon 11:00 war.

Cons:

Mir fällt nichts negatives eisn.

Amazing! Close to everything
Pros:

Amazing! First off the staff were so kind and lovely. It is right in the centre and practically a 15 second walk to the cathedral. Hotel is lovely and modern, rooms really nice. I would 100% recommend!

Das Haus hat ein echtes Housekeepingproblem Urinstein im WC -
Ameisen und tote Insekten im Frühstücksraum auf der Fensterbank vom ersten Tag bis zur Abreise.
Saftsorte beim Frühstück war leer-Kellnerrückmeldung, dann nehmen Sie doch einen anderen Saft.
Superior gebucht- Economy-Zimmer erhalten das geht alles garnicht. Wie kommen solche Unterkünfte an eine Sternebewertung????
