Pros:

Fin beliggenhet og supert med heis ned på stranda. Store rom og balkong, fantastisk utsikt. Hyggelig personalet og god mat.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

El trato esquisto del personal. Las habitaciones cuentan con una terraza estupenda para disfrutar de las vistas y el clima.

Cons:

El desayuno es de buffet pero es bastante mejorable en cuanto a producto.Calidad y variedad.
Los colchones, almohadas y ropa de la habitación (toallas, sábanas) eran de muy baja calidad.
Horario de bar muy escaso.

Sejur excelent totul la superlativ

Sejurul nostru a fost excelent, totul la superlativ, recomand cu mare drag acest hotel în care am găsit totul pentru a ne relaxa. Daca vom reveni în Gran Canaria cu siguranță ne vom caza tot aici.

Pros:

El desayuno está bien, variando cada día algunos productos.
Tiene AC, lo cual se agradece.

Cons:

Cuando hice la reserva solicité una cama supletoria, que nunca llegó. Además en la información del hotel decía que había un futón para el tercer huésped. Tampoco lo vi.Mi hija tuvo que dormir todas las noches en el sofá .
Las instalaciones del hotel necesitan muchas reparaciones, como por ejemplo el suelo del solarium y de la piscina que está roto por varios sitios.
El grifo de la ducha de mi habitación parecía del tercer mundo.
En mi estancia se hizo dos veces " limpieza de la habitación" porque martes y jueves no se hace,. Lo único que hacen es cambiar las toallas.
A nuestra llegada había un bicho aplastado en el suelo y allí seguía cuando nos fuimos del hotel.

Un séjour exceptionnel que nous recommandons de tout cœur. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir.
Pros:

Nous avons absolument tout aimé. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et offrent une vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan. Le personnel est incroyablement aimable, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. La piscine est superbe, la nourriture est variée et délicieuse, et l’atmosphère est calme et relaxante. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Cons:

Honnêtement, nous n’avons rien à reprocher à cet hôtel. Tout était parfaitement organisé et a dépassé nos attentes.
