Pros:

Um das Bett gab es im Kopfbereich wie an der Seite die Möglichkeit der Ablage für Handy, Uhr, Glas usw. Hier gab auch eine Steckdose (Handy-Aufladung) sowie Lichtschalter für Lese-und Zimmerleuchte.

Cons:

- TV ist zu klein für die Entfernung zum Bett.
- Programm-Steuerung kapiert kein Mensch
- Das Gebäude ist mit grün Glasscheiben verkleidet. Die Scheiben werden durch ein Rahmengerüst gehalten. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet, ist man geschockt von dem Schmutz, Staub und Dreck, der sich auf den Rahmen in Laufe der Jahre dort angesammelt hat. Und das alles unmittelbar vor dem Fenster. Es wirkt ekelhaft, Eine Reinigung ist längst überfällig. Es gilt: Innen hui und außen pfui! - schade

Gut Lage, großes Zimmer, viel Wasserdruck im der Dusche

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, etwas muffige Luft im Zimmer (keine Klimaanlage), bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen wegen Straßenlärm nicht möglich.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Für meine Ansprüche war die Ausstattung vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Lage zum Hbf und andere öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln top.

Hotel senza parcheggio moto

L’hotel è sicuramente comodo per chi viaggia in treno, trovandosi a pochi passi dalla stazione. Lo è molto meno, invece, per chi è in transito e viaggia in moto, soprattutto se la moto è carica di bagagli.
La struttura non dispone infatti di un garage né di uno spazio adeguato per ospitare una moto. L’unica alternativa proposta era il parcheggio a pagamento, al costo di 22 euro al giorno, + 9,63 di tassa di soggiorno. Capisco che possano esserci delle regole e delle procedure da rispettare, ma in una situazione particolare come questa avrei apprezzato un minimo di flessibilità. Non è stata infatti concessa nemmeno la possibilità di anticipare di qualche ora il check-in, nonostante avessi spiegato preventivamente la situazione. Alla fine, per cortesia, mi è stato consentito di parcheggiare la moto nella rastrelliera esterna destinata alle biciclette. Mi avevano anticipato questa soluzione via e-mail, immaginando che si trattasse di uno spazio chiuso o comunque protetto, proprio per evitare di dover smontare tutti i bagagli dalla moto. Una volta arrivato, essendo ancora in abbigliamento tecnico da motociclista, mi è stata data la possibilità soltanto di scaricare i bagagli e lasciarli nel deposito dell’hotel. Ho chiesto inoltre di poter utilizzare una toilette per potermi cambiare, ma mi è stato comunicato che era fuori servizio. Di conseguenza, fino alle ore 15:00 sono stato costretto a rimanere vestito con l’abbigliamento tecnico da moto, in una giornata di caldo estremo. È proprio in situazioni come questa che, a mio avviso, le regole dell’accoglienza dovrebbero essere accompagnate anche dal 𝗯𝘂𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼. Preso atto dell’impossibilità di avere a disposizione un parcheggio adeguato per la moto senza dover smontare i bagagli, sarebbe stato almeno auspicabile uno sforzo per venire incontro all’ospite, ad esempio consentendo un check-in anticipato di qualche ora.

Güzel bir otel düşünmeden gelin
Pros:

Otel tren istasyonuna yürüyerek sadece iki dakika mesafede. Etrafı oldukça güvenli. Sanırım tam yanında bir polis merkezi bulunuyordu. Tren istasyonunun içinde geç saatlere kadar alışveriş yapabileceğiniz değişik marketler kahve içebileceğiniz zincir kafeler bulunuyordu. Otele çok yakın mesafede büyük marketler ve alışveriş mağazaları mevcuttu. Kısacası otelin konumu gayet iyi.

Otel temizdi. Her gün odam temizlendi. Hatta birgün görevliye temizliğe gerek yok dememe rağmen akşam geldiğimde otel odam temizlenmişti. Resepsiyondaki görevliler ilgiliydi. Bagajınızı check in öncesi ve check out sonrası emanete bırakabiliyorsunuz. Otele check in saatinden önce ulaştım ve odaya kabul edilmedim. Müsaitlik olmadığı için odama erken giremeyeceğim söylendi. Tabi bu tesisin bir suçu değil sonuçta kurallar böyle. Lakin valizimi emanete bıraktığım anda acil olarak tuvalet kullanmam gerektiğini söylediğim zaman "maalesef şu an size kullanabileceğiniz müsait bir tuvalet yok" cevabını aldım. Tuvalet için tren istasyonuna yönlendirildim. Bekleyen misafirlerin kullanabileceği bir tuvaletin olmaması biraz garipti ve anlaşılması mümkün olmayan bir deneyimdi. Neyseki hızlıca tren istasyonunda bir buçuk euro karşılığında tuvalet ihtiyacımı giderdim. Otel şehir vergisi olarak tarafımdan 3 gece için 15 euro civarı bir para aldı. Bu şehir vergisini ödeyeceğimi zaten bekliyordum.

Otel odası genişti, yatak rahattı ve temizdi. Odada mini buzdolabı bulunmuyor çok ilginç buzdolabının olması gereken bölgeyi garip bir şekilde kapatmışlar. Kahvaltı beklentimin üzerinde çıktı. Her sabah güzel ve sakin bir kahvaltı salonu beni karşılıyordu. Özellikle kahvaltı salonunda çalışan Özlem Hanım ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim. Yukarıdada yazdığım üzere temizlik personeli gayet disiplinli bir şekilde çalışıyordu. Akşam odama dönüdüğü zaman her şeyi toparlanmış ve temizlenmiş bir şekilde buluyordum. KISACA BU OTELE GELİNİR.

Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit guter Lage und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof, was besonders praktisch ist. Das Personal war nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, allerdings ohne besondere Highlights.

Cons:

Leider wirkt die Zimmerausstattung bereits etwas veraltet. Außerdem gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei warmem Wetter etwas unangenehm sein kann.
