Cons:

Some staff not polite at all. Very much noise at night from party, and not able to sleep at all until 4 am . Cleaning staff took some of the property I had in my room. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay. I will not go again.so disappointed.😞

A terrible experience, not 5star, Hilton hotel is better than Pullman
Pros:

It’s a bad hotel, which is not even supposed to rated as a 5star. Bad food bad bad bad……
It’s very tiny in terms of its room, will never never book there, too expensive for nothing.
Not worth the daily rate being charged, it should be rated as a 3star.

Cons:

I didn’t like everything, improve everything cause u over charge for nothing,
The hotel is not worth the money we pay. Staff are horrible, take them for hospitality training.
