El personal intentó dar solución , nos ofreció un cuarto más pequeño , le pedimos una toalla para tapar el agua o un cub

La localización , lo bonito que era el hotel , que no la habitación.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos la cisterna perdía agua y teníamos un charco debajo, también creemos que la goma de la ducha no está bien sellada tb

Very nice staff in restaurant.
Pool was most welcome after hot day on bike.

Cons:

Check in was at 1400. We arrived and room not ready. Told it would be 20 mins. Took luggage to leave it in room to wait. Room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. Complained to staff who to be fair swapped us straight away to another room.......which was already prepared.

La piscina muy bien y grande con buena temperatura y la habitación con buen aire acondicionado

Buen trato del personal, la piscina fenomenal,íbamos de paso bien para un par de noches,ideal para visitar la zona (Montilla,Moriles, Aguilar de la frontera, Lucena)

Pros:

Pagué el suplemento para una habitación grande, la cual cuando llegamos lo primero con una habitación pequeña con camas doble cuando puse una descripción y selecciona la habitación de una cama . Vuelvo a la sesión lo reclamo y me dan una habitación aún más pequeña con una cama de matrimonio. No me deja pagar con suplemento pero una habitación más grande cuando la que te dan es igual que todas
