Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. In vorherigen Bewertung hieß es, die Zimmer seien extrem klein, das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Tolle Betten, gute Kosmetik, alles da was man braucht. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Der Signatur-Duft im Eingangsbereich mochte ich nicht und empfand ihn auch zu stark.
Got to the Arlo at 6am after an overnight train from DC. Theo at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to find me an available room to check in SUPER early and with the bonus of an upgraded bed. Great service. Make sure to check out the lovely rooftop. Looking forward to visiting again.

Had such a great stay at Arlo! Sean at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate us and made us feel right at home.
Wow!! I had such an incredible experience at the Arlo, and truly all thanks to Musukula, the front office manager. I had to adjust my travel plans due to my daughter being sick, and she was SO responsive and made everything a breeze. We exchanged emails back and forth prior to my visit in which she was attentive and professional through our communication. She was there when I checked in, and made sure I had everything I needed for my entire stay. She truly went above and beyond. So grateful for her and just making my entire NY weekend enjoyable!!!

Shawn at the front desk is an absolute angel! So friendly, attentive, and remembers all the little details. He made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.
The entire staff at The Foxtail (cocktail bar) were incredible! Rudolpho makes the BEST in-and-out martinis I’ve ever had. Brandon treated us right on the gorgeous rooftop patio, and I even got some hair advice from Alfonso! 😂
I truly can’t say enough about the staff - they MAKE this hotel. But somehow, the hotel itself exceeds expectations too. The atmosphere, the little touches, the energy… it all just works.

Check in was delayed, room aircon a bit inconsistent (can’t keep on constant level), bathroom see through (ok for a couple but something to bear in mind if not!)
