Nice hotel but overpriced for a relatively basic room with limited comfort
Pros:

Shower on terrace didnt work…. Having this shower was the selling point at $600 a night in 80 degree plus weather. It was clean on the surface areas and location and staff were lovely.

Come for the hotel, stay for the people
Pros:

Had an amazing stay at Arlo Soho in May 2026. The hotel is stylish and the location was great felt like everything was right on our doorstep. The whole vibe of the place just feels cool without trying too hard. But honestly what made the trip was Theo and Mettanie. They were always up for a chat and just genuinely warm, caring people. They made you feel like you truly mattered and it never felt like they were just doing their job. That kind of authentic human connection is rare in hospitality and these two have it in abundance. Would absolutely come back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Superfijne stek om te verblijven voor een paar dagen New York!
Pros:

De locatie was top, Soho is een leuke en rustige wijk om te verblijven. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de 10e verdieping, heerlijke bedden.

Cons:

Trage lift, stoffige kamer, housekeeping pas laat op de dag (5-6pm).

NYC Stay
Pros:

I need a one night stay to cram for my exam and staying here was the best decision I made. Yes the rooms are small but welcome to New York. Theo & Met were amazing! They have a restaurant on site & Gym Passes to take advantage of. Thanks again!

Très bonne localisation, proche du métro et des quartiers d’intérêt
Le ménage est fait tous les jours
Il y a de quoi acheter à boire et à manger à l’accueil
Rooftop est agréable

Cons:

Il y a de la musique presque tous les soirs provenant du rooftop, cela est gênant lorsque l’on souhaite dormir tot.
La propreté de la douche laisse à désirer
La chambre est très exiguë et humide si on ne laisse pas tourner la Clim toute la nuit, qui fait d’ailleurs énormément de bruit (impossible de la laisser allumer la nuit)
Le personnel est sympathique mais le hall d’accueil est froid et pas très accueillant par rapport au reste de l’hôtel
