Fantastic location and great value for money
The staff depending on the day wasn’t very consistent in terms of service.
Nothing.
The room was way too small. For the price we paid there is a presumption that the room should be large enough to walk around the bed. We had assumed that we had paid for a 300 sq ft room. Wrong-I'm guessing it was 1/4 to 1/3 that size. And, the toilet is squeezed in front of the shower (toilet didn't flush properly btw). The sink was out in the room, next to the so-called work space. We couldn't get the fan in the A/C to function properly. Even we had paid a total of $2700 in advance for a 5 night stay, we walked away on day 2.

החדרים מאוד קטנים, לא כל כך אהבתי שהמקלחת ושירותים היו באותו חלל. כמו כן, ראיתי שיערות במקלחת שהיו כנראה שייכים לאורחים קודמים.

Skjutdörr utan lås till toaletten, dåligt vattentryck i duschen och omöjligt att hitta en uthärdlig temperatur. Handfatet fanns i hallen till hotellrummet och inte på själva toaletten.
la gentilezza del personale che è sempre la cosa più importante per me. tutti disponibili e carini. poi ho adorato il rooftop, letto molto comodo, e vista della camera che dava sulla città. anche la posizione è ottima, soprattutto per gli amanti dello shopping!
camera un po' troppo piccola... non c'era praticamente spazio per la valigia

This was my second timing staying at the Arlo, and it was superb. Every staff I interacted with were amazing and helpful. Even at 4am when the jet lag is on, and you need a coffee, super amazing from the morning. Rooms weee cleaned everyday. And my favorite is the workspace, getting work done before exploring the city.
