Estadia perfeita!
Pros:

Tudo. Quarto espaçoso! Muito limpo e bem organizado. Banheiro excelente! Ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Funcionários super simpáticos. Localização maravilhosa, ao lado do Rio Reno e da Catedral de Colônia. Enfim, tudo perfeito!

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location and nice sized room

Cons:

The bed wasn't comfortable. Hard mattress and old lumpy pillow, with a thin sheet and rubber under sheet which wasn't pleasant in the warm weather. The shower room was too small and the open shower (which had a partially blocked drain) flooded the whole area. The staff resolved the drain when asked. The air conditioning wasn't very effective.

Wunderbares Hotel für Geschäftsreisende
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichlich, freundliches Personal. Die Klimaanlage arbeitete und es war sehr angenehm. Sehr sauber und ruhig, obwohl es sich im Stadtzentrum befindet.

Cons:

Ich habe keine Anmerkungen.

Pros:

Единственный плюс этого отеля месторасположение и кондиционер, работает слабенько, но это лучше чем ничего.
Крочешная неудобная ванная комната. Нет достаточно крючков элементарно что бы развешать полотенца. В душевой нет ни одной полочки что бы поставить шампуни, мыло. Освещение в комнате оставляет желать лучшего, для девушек, женщин это проблема.

Cons:

Когда мы заселились, в номере был очень грязный пол и в ванной в раковине и на полу было много черных длинных волос. Настроение сразу же испортилось. Нам сказали что на следущий день все уберут. Но на следущей день пол оказался таким же грязным. Его никто не мыл давно, это видно. Влажная салфетка которой мы протерли пол была черная и много мусора.
