Pros:

Çok temiz ve rahat odalar. Hatta şikayet edebileceğimiz kadar rahat yastık ve yatak :) Konumu harika, çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Giriş kapısı avluya açılıyor, merkezi konuma rağmen sessiz bir yer.

Ideaal voor een city trip maar ook voor een verblijf als je naar een congres in de Köln Messe moet
Pros:

De éénpersoonskamer was ruim genoeg.
Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende keuze.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.
Het hotel ligt ook in het centrum en vlakbij een metrohalte.

Clean, modern, well equipped, good location, friendly staff

Cons:

The square it’s on doesn’t have the most inviting atmosphere because many of the kitchens of the restaurants of the adjacent square are there but it’s really a minor thing.

Kölnü simgeleyen bir katedral maketi hediye etmişler.kizim çok mutlu oldu.
Konumu güzel.merkez tren istasyonu yakın.online check-in yapabilirsiniz.
Ulaşım iyi.otel arada kalıyor ama güzel ve sessiz.

Sevmediğimiz bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.Sadece asansör aşırı küçük

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt am Heumarkt aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Mein Zimmer war klein aber sehr fein.Es hat nichts gefehlt, ich konnte sehr gut schlafen.Auch wegen der Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Und zum Frühstück gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt.
10 von 10 Punkte. Komme gerne wieder

Uns hatte es gut gefallen und wenn wir mal wieder Köln besuchen, werde ich zuerst dort anfragen
Pros:

Aus unserer Sicht gibt es absolut keinen Beschwerdegrund. Zimmer, Bad Dusche waren sauber. Betten bequem. Frühstück ausreichend, vielfältig und gut. Tresor im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleine Balkon (Für Raucher interesant). Klimaanlage. Auch auf eine Glutenunverträglichkeit wurde eingegangen. (Spezielle Brötchen und Brot). Freundliche Personal. Aufzug vorhanden.

Cons:

Zugang in einem Innenhof. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Einteils gut, da kurze Wege. Am Wochenende, wenn Köln in Feierlaune ist, muss das Fenster Nachts geschlossen sein, da lauter Lärmpegel. Ist aber kein Problem, da Klimaanlage vorhanden.
