The location, the clean room and the parking area.

Cons:

It was very noisy, everything could be heard from the rooms next to and above us. And the bedroom didn't have one common mattress, but two, and if you get in the middle you sink into the hole. Also the duvet cover was very short and someone kept unwrapping it. For this price there could have been breakfast included but instead there is a spa which is in another building.

Housekeeping needs to improve their cleaning method, the shower was full of limescale and breakfast was awful - they only had a few of savoury options, nothing sweet, so we had to have breakfast somewhere else!
