Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. A 2 pas du musée Ludwig, à 3 pas de la cathédrale et à 4 des bords du Rhin et de ses restaurants.
Personnel aimable et efficace.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir la main sur la climatisation.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht Hotelstandards. Das Personal beim Frühstück war schnell und höflich. Gut so!

Cons:

Morgens war es auf der Straße laut bei offenen Fenster.

L'emplacement et le personnel était extra!
L'hôtel en lui-même était très bien équipée et la vue sur la Cathédrale est un grand plus.
La proximité avec plusieurs points d'intérêt est parfaite.

Cons:

La literie n’était pas idéale mais restait correcte.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Touristen
Pros:

Top Lage für Besichtigungen, mit geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet (der Preis dafür ist gerechtfertigt). Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett. Zimmer wie beschrieben. Vorhänge sehr gut zum Verdunkeln.

Cons:

Mischbatterie in der Dusche funktioniert velleicht nicht mehr so gut - das Wasser war leider (trotz Einstellung auf "kalt") nur sehr kurzfristig kalt und dann immer sehr warm (Anmerkung: Das Wetter war sehr warm.)

Köln ist immer eine Reise wert und ich werde wieder im Hotel buchen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral . Alle sind sehr nett und es ist sehr sauber. Es hat leider zum zweiten Mal in Folge der Coupon fürs Parkhaus nicht funktioniert, dass ist sehr ärgerlich ( das Personal weiß darüber Bescheid )

Guter aufentenhalz fürs Wochenende
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral ,sowohl zum Dom als auch zum Rhein und Altstadt

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat EXTREM‘S nach nassem Hund gestunken .man sagte uns das es nach jedem Aufenthalt mit einem extra Reiniger gereinigt würde ,aber es hat trotzdem sehr unangenehm gestunken ,sodass selbst unser Hund unters Bett gekrochen ist
