Wir würden uns das nächste Mal nach einer anderen Unterkunft umschauen.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Tottenham Court Road ist unschlagbar gut.

Cons:

Das Putzpersonal kommt erst nach 4 Tagen. Die Rezeption wurde seit der Neuübernahme durch Bildschirme zum Self-Check-in umgeändert.

Ett hotell med ett perfekt läge!
Pros:

Bra överlag men jag saknade ett riktigt grovt bröd till frukosten. Perfekt läge Elizabethline från Heathrow är super bra!

Cons:

Min rumskamrat och jag hade varsin rejäl duschhandduk, men vi saknade en mindre för att torka händerna på efter ett toalettbesök tex

Helt OK.
Pros:

Det är ett bra område. Vi har bott där i många år när det var det gamla St Giles.

Cons:

Bättre sängar, de "de knarrar"
Saknas hårblåsare. Har aldrig var på ett hotell som INTE har det.

Unfriendly welcome, check in system didn’t work, 1st room was so small with bed against the wall, no space, complained and got another room still no space but only just walk around the bed

Pros:

Excelente localização. Perto de museus, metrô, restaurantes e pubs, além de mercados.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno e sem frigobar.

Muito barulho vindo da rua. Talvez por se tratar do primeiro andar.

Good location but very bad lifts.
Pros:

Clean and convenient location.

Cons:

Very slow and inadequate lifts for so many rooms.
Unable to move my luggages with too many lift users.
Skipped many rounds and unable to go into lifts. After 20mins, had to asked other hotel users to give way to go into lift with luggages; and late for my transport to meet Windsor Castle ticket timing.

Bedroom that felt like an 80s student room
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Room was very small, bed extremely uncomfortable, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Had to ask for additional pillows as only 1 provided and the beds lacked a headboard . We had stayed at this hotel several times before but will not return

- Die Lüftung (?) ist laut und es roch in der Nacht durch die Lüftung nach Essen (nur in der 1. Nacht)
