The toilet didn’t flush. No hand towels. No hairdryer.

I have been to this hotel many times before. This time felt different. Everything was money. Money to leave your luggage- free before. Money to check in early- free before. Strict.

Downgrade after renorvation

So. First of all, my mum and I always come to you guys. We've been in this hotel for 7-8 times in total now.
The previous visits were nice, but since the renovation started it kind of just got downhill.
The reception is nice, but that's about it.

We stayed 3 days in total. NO roomservice on all days, we had NO toilet papers until we asked on the reception for it.

booked a room with two beds. We got one bed and one couch.
My mum who slept in the bed had a proper blanket, I had a (I don't find the correct word for it ) old brown tlutty blanket one puts on top of the actual blanket so it doesn't get dirty.
The bathroom was dirty, no fresh towels etc.

Läget är bra, lätt att gå till många sevärdheter, nära tunnelbana och bussar.

Cons:

Ofräscht, ingen städning på fyra dagar. Fick hämta handdukar själv. Dålig luft och ingen ventilation i lilla duschrummet. Fanns ingen kaffe/te kokare som utlovats i beskrivningen av rummet.

Lokalizacja, miła obsługa w recepcji

Cons:

Brak roomservice. Trzeba samemu chodzić do recepcji po nowe ręczniki i papier toaletowy, śmietniki nieopróżnianie. Dużo kurzu.

Best place in town
Pros:

Me encantó estar en ese hotel, se sintió como estar en casa cada vez que volvía. Llegué a familiarizarme con el entorno y con los trabajadores, los cuales fueron todos majisimos y excelentes en su trabajo.

Cons:

Pues antes de viajar tenia unas dudas y no logré contactar con el hotel de ningún modo, ni por telefono ni por email, el cual me respondieron una vez ya estaba alli. Pero al llegar todo se solucionó y de ahí todo fue genial

Resturant was very good.

Cons:

Check in experience not good. We have been coming to STG for several years not had such a poor experience checking in. Much more personal previously. Staff were helpfull and friendly. £10 for baggage storage is too expensive.
