That there was no house keeping
After reading the Tripadvisor reports on this hotel I thought about cancelling the booking. Our room had the perfect layout for three people with one double bend and a single in a shielded area. There were scuff marks on the black skirting boards and a corroded tap in the sink but the shower was in good working order and clean. The aircon unit in the main bedroom did not work but a fan was available. We were located on the 7th floor which minimised the street noise. The location of this hotel is excellent with easy access to theatres, Covent Garden and Oxford Street. Y experience therefore did not reflect the adverse comments on Tripadviser.
A s we stayed on the two hottest days on record, working air conditioning or at the very least fans in fans in each bedroom were essential. Paint skirting boards and replace sink taps.
Central location
When we check in it was 1.30pm and we I were told the room was ready but y but would cost £20 to check in before 2.15pm. You had to pay £10 per item if you wanted to leave your luggage there. So had to wait the 45 mins in the lobby waiting for check in. When we did get checked in we went to our room and there was a woman in it. They’d given us the keys to someone else’s room. Rooms are very small and double urban rooms really should be single occupancy only.. again leaving your luggage when checking out costs £10 per item. They luggage staff were just plain rude. The check in staff were very friendly. Great location. Mostly lovely staff but awful standard of rooms and facilities.
Blood splatters and stains on bedroom walls. Very dated in hallways.. double room should be single occupancy only..
Location is the main draw for this hotel. Room was clean.
No longer provide yea and coffee facilities in the room. Bed was not very comfortable.

addirittura un servizio a pagamento: una cosa inaccettabile per una struttura che viene venduta
come hotel a 3 stelle.
Il servizio del personale è praticamente inesistente. Non aiutano, non ascoltano e spesso nemmeno
ti considerano. Abbiamo trovato un atteggiamento molto maleducato e una totale mancanza di
professionalità: il cliente viene trattato semplicemente come un numero.
La pulizia generale dell’hotel è pessima. Camera e ambienti sporchi, ben lontani dagli standard che
ci si aspetta da un 3 stelle.
Esperienza davvero vergognosa. La classificazione e il prezzo non rispecchiano minimamente il
servizio offerto.
El trato de los recepcionista. Mi hija tuvo una alergia muy fuerte y tuvimos que permanecer más tiempo por la mañana porque estaba enferma con fiebre. Nos ayudaron en todo y nos facilitaron quedarnos hasta la salida del avión. La chica encantadora.

All inizio eravamo in una stanza dove si faceva fatica entrare perfino con le valige… poi ci hanno cambiato stanza… ma Letto matrimoniale da 1 piazza e mezza… capelli nelle lenzuola bagno chiuso senza finestre e aspirazione al minimo…

Skulle betale 80 euro for at få værelse med aircondition selvom det stod på booking.com der var aircondition generelt. Ingen rengøring i fire dage uden ekstra betaling og gebyr får at stille bagage før og efter ophold.

The hotel is situated at a really good area especially for theatres
No tea making facilities! No air conditioning, not very comfortable in the very hot weather that is expected in this summer.
