Lokalizacja , bardzo blisko wszędzie
Brak prądu w pokoju by naładować telefon musieliśmy czekać 2 godziny by ktoś to naprawił. Musiałem iść drugi raz do recepcji by to zgłosić.
Clean and simple
2 lifts to get to room and could have done with kettle
The location was good, many places around the city were easy to reach from the hotel.
The room was tiny, the bed was squeaking every time you moved, the room was only cleaned once during a whole week and the window was paper thin so you heard every siren, every drunk yelling at 03:00am and every car's music like they were all right with you in your room. And there were A LOT of all of that, every night. For over € 1.000 without breakfast this was a huge disappointment.
The position of the hotel great for walking and underground
Room small for 3 people and expensive no staff to clean everyday only on 4th day no tea making facilities had to ask for face towels and toilet paper and empty bins shower head fell off breakfast good but the same every morning we were on the 8th floor nosey aircon had to ask for it being turned on pay for luggage storage £10 per case and expensive earlier or later check in or out

Obligé de payer un supplément pour départ à parrir de 9 h00, alors que lors de la réservation il est stipulé que les départs doivent se faire avant 11h sans supplément.
De plus aucun service : pas de ménage tout au long du séjour, lits pas faits, serviettes pas changées (séjour fin mai 2026 = canicule) et surtout pas de rajout de papier toilette
(1 rouleau + 1/2. On a du aller se servir dans les toilettes communes de l'hôtel).
Au vu du tarif on s'attend à avoir ces services, surtout qu'on y a séjourné en Décembte 2025, tout y était parfait !!!! Changement de nom et certainement de direction en janvier = bin c'est pas top...et pour un tarif qui a augmenté depuis décembre !
The location was great, right off the Underground and within walking distance of the Bristish Museum and near a bunch of restaruants and other activties. It was the perfect place to be walk back to after going to the theatre in the West End. The room was small, but it's a great value and worked as a resting place in between all the adventures. And the bathroom was good with great water pressure.
The electricity would turn off without the key card in the holder. Which, I am all for saving the eletricity and I was concious of use, but it would make it hard to use the fridge and keep it cool when I was gone throughout the day.
Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was disappointing.
Throughout our entire stay, our room was not cleaned despite informing the staff and requesting housekeeping on several occasions. Unfortunately, no action was taken.
The refrigerator in the room was not working, and the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the carpet. We reported both issues to the hotel, but they were not resolved during our stay.
On the day of our departure, we were surprised to find that the elevator was not working. As a result, we had to carry our luggage down from the 12th floor, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful.
Overall, we were disappointed by the lack of maintenance and the poor response to the issues we reported. We expected a much higher standard of service and attention to guest comfort.

ドライヤーが壊れていて、代替品はないと言われ、Uberで買った。
フェイスタオルはなく、バスタオルのみ。
有料で良いので、フル清掃とゴミの回収を頼んだが、15時半に部屋に戻っても何も手付かず、フロントに再度お願いし、ようやくやってくれた。が、出来上がったのは16時半すぎていた。ロビーで待っていて疲れた。
使用済みタオルの回収をお願いしても、毎回置きっぱなし。

I love the location. It was close to everything close to shops underground it was perfect where it situated.
I didn’t like the bathroom. It was dirty and the toilet didn’t flush very well.
