Clean tidy hotel staff friendly an great location
The location is good
There are lots of extra charges for example, early check in, extra charges to leave our cases whilst we attended our excursion. I have travelled the world and have never had to pay for concierge services before.
The room was terrible! The beds were like creaky camp beds. The carpet was sticky. The shower room was extremely small, the shower cubicle was so small and the shower curtain did not fit, which meant the floor was sopping wet. The lighting in the dressing table area was poor.
The breakfast buffet was poor, very minimal cereal, no porridge. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread, and on a second try it came out cremated.
Overall very poor value for money.
I have stayed at this hotel previously and found it very good but unfortunately this time it sadly fell well short. The only good thing about it is the location.

Only no tea in room
The location was excellent
First room we were allocated was a box room with a small double bed even though we had upgraded prior to arrival. The second room was better but still very small and would have been difficult with luggage. There were few staff around at all times. There were not enough lifts to cater for the volume of guests at checkout and ended up having to walk eight floors back to the room. At £300 a night, we did expect more.

De foto’s komen NIET overeen met wat we hebben gekregen! We hadden een 3 persoonskamer geboekt en het waren 2 kamers 1 met een kleine 2 persoons bed en inde andere kamer stond een uitgeklapte slaapbank! In de kamer met de slaapbank zat de airco maar niet krachtig genoeg om beide kamers te koelen. Er stond ergens in een hoekje een ventilator die we in de anderen kamer hebben gezet. Douche klein en vloer van de douche super glad. Bij aankomst hingen er 2 handdoeken, en we moesten NA 2 dagen vragen of ze nieuwe handdoeken wilden brengen, in de avond moest ik ze zelf gaan halen bij de receptie omdat ze niet waren gebracht, pas op dag 4 (onze vertrek dag) was er pas schoonmaak van de kamer. Het is een hotel met 9 etages met ongeveer 40 kamers per etage en maar 4 liften.. en de vloerbedekking op onze etage was ook wel aan vervanging toe

Location
Unhygenic shower curtain, no hand towels, no hooks to hang wet towels, light in the shower wasn’t working. Used paper hankie and earing on the floor indicating the room was not cleaned. Either £40 for an early check in or £10 for EACH small bag storage (not per room). The cost was over twice what it was 4 years ago. Obviously changing owners has not done it any favours
The location is great
Everything the room is tiny like no human can live in this no fridge no iron , hair dryer broken , no room service , no phone to call front desk , no cleaning the room daily or taking the garbage out no new towels it's a disaster

Great location, close to underground and main attractions and West End theatres. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Stayed in July so the room was hot with no air conditioning and only able to open the window marginally. Also no extractor fan in the bathroom so it was stifling.
There was a very loud noise, like a generator, that started up at 5am each morning outside our window.
Emplacement parfait, très centralisé avec accès direct à une station de métro bien desservie.
L'accueil se résume à un grand hall vide ou la seule personne nous dirige vers une borne ou on doit faire le check in/out seul. Très décevant pour un hôtel de cette qualité.
4 ascenseurs qui fonctionnent au ralenti avec un très grand temps d'attente lors des heures de pointe. Quand un ascenseur arrive enfin, bien des chances qu'il soit plein et qu'il faille attendre le prochain.
Aucun passage de femme de chambre en 4 jours, ne serait-ce pour vider la poubelle débordante ou remettre du papier toilette....
The hotel’s location.
I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years but this time, the noise level outside at night was too much. My boys were unable to sleep between the hrs of 2 & 5AM due to streaming and shouting on the streets.
