Cercanía al aeropuerto y free trasnsportation
Arturo, el recepcionista, tuvo una actitud pésima y cero orientación al servicio. Arrojaba las llaves hacia los huéspedes, hacía caras ante cualquier solicitud y en ningún momento mostró amabilidad, atención o disposición para ayudar. Su actitud fue completamente inapropiada para alguien trabajando en recepción. Si además solo hay personal en recepción durante la noche, ¿a quién se supone que debe recurrir un huésped cuando recibe este trato? Definitivamente necesitan revisar quién está de cara al cliente.
