Car mirror parts is stolen. Bed was not in good condition. Above us some one was banging on the floor and unfortunately we were blaimed of making that noise.

I don’t want to make any assumptions about the residents or their circumstances, but I did get the impression that some of the guests may be staying here through a housing voucher program. The interior of the property is noticeably less well maintained than the exterior, with scuffed walls, dirty windows, and other signs of wear and tear.

That said, our room was adequate and comfortable, and everything was in working order with the exception of a broken television remote. We had to unplug the TV to turn it off, but this was a minor inconvenience and not something I would hold against the property.

Overall, I think much of the condition of the interior may have more to do with the wear and tear caused by guests than with management failing to maintain the property. The exterior is well kept, and our room was clean, comfortable, and functional.

Random fees that are not listed online. I think I had like 3 extra fees one was like $50 and another was $100. Check in isn't until 3pm even though the website lets you choose anytime to check in! I was there at 8am per my online booking and had to wait around until 3pm to avoid yet another fee (early check in fee :D)

Having to take your dirty towels down to front desk to get new ones. Also acted like we used too much toilet paper. You have to ask for anything you need.

Everything…manager thinks she is worth something in life. Poor creature. It’s like saying she’s a gas station employee. No difference.

They don't offer breakfast, and they need more searing outside!

No poop bags for the dogs, so poop was kinda everywhere. Only one two person bench outside for sitting. No breakfast is offered. The back door didn't work due to heat from about noon until early morning.

Hair all over the sheets. Extremely, loud AC unit all night, long in people both us stopping till 4:30 in the morning. It was terrible.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

I booked and prepaid for a room through Booking.com and even purchased trip insurance. After a long drive, I arrived around 3:00 a.m. to check in. The front desk was closed, but there was a phone for late check-ins. When I called, I was told there was an issue with my reservation dates and that I would have to come back later that morning.

Later, while I was away briefly, my mother waited at the property with my son so we could get checked in. Instead of trying to help, the front desk employee was extremely rude and told her she couldn't just park on the property and needed to leave.

When I contacted the hotel through Booking.com to find out why I had paid for a room but never received one, the employee repeatedly interrupted me and wouldn't let me explain the situation. I was trying to tell her that my family had recently been displaced by a house fire and that this was the last of my money, but she continued talking over me and showed very little compassion. Although she eventually said they would approve a refund, I was told I had to contact Booking.com to have it processed.

After spending over an hour on the phone with Booking.com, I was informed that they were waiting on the hotel to complete the refund. As of this review, I still have not received my money back.

The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and complete absence of empathy made an already stressful situation much worse. I understand mistakes happen, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. I hope management addresses the behavior of the staff so other guests don't have a similar experience.

The location could be better but hotel itself is friendly clean and dependable
