For the price it wasn't as nice as it should have been I spent $100 to stand a ghetto ass room
Pros:

It's a f****** crack shack with rules

Cons:

The loud prostitutes and strippers to enter the premises on normal payment but if an individual wants to bring a pet it's $30 that's a lot from one dog

Looked very empty and bed did not look comfortable also no pool the front office was not too helpful and i got charged even tho i did not stay.

Black Mold Beware
Pros:

Black Mold on the floor that the manager and staff couldn't care less about. They are all nothing but incompetent victims of their situation and expect everyone who comes to just accept their fate and be victims with them.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Stayed here in town for a few days. Had a great stay. Quick and easy check in. Room was just what I needed. Comfortable. I will be back in town this winter and will stay here again.

We did not stay in the room at all.
Cons:

We checked in, and went to the room. The bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator had old eggs in it and other old food, the sink drain was clogged with food debris. The window shades did not close all the way. As far as feeling secure, the back door was propped open with people smoking pot outside it. WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT THE PREMISES AND CHECKED INTO ANOTHER HOTEL. We are trying to contact someone to get a FULL REFUND on the room. It completely ruined our 1 st day of our trip. checked in fri after noon out sunday am. beds were comfortable
Pros:

no breakfast served here. small kitchenette with refrig and microwave. without any pots, pans cups,dishes,utinsils. available for a $$ at check-in . 1st room large shower with hand held shower head. And seat. handicap room for sure.

Cons:

1st room was a handicap rm ok but the toilet had problems flushing. reported Friday evening no one from maintance until Monday. given a plunger to see if I could fix the problem!! didnt work I asked for another room. nothing available at our price point ! unacceptable.! Insisted on another room with two beds . Saturday AM was told we could move to another room
2nd room smaller, shower fixed shower head , small counter space in kitchenette

Cost, location and nothing in the bathroom, like hair dryer, lotion, etc. There was a homeless person out in the parking lot yelling in the middle of the night, freeway noise.
