The Parking, and there is only one main entrance, Also, the interior smelled throughout the hallways and elevator. Also, Sound from other tenants. They should put all long term tenants on Top floor or all on one main floor.

They have a problem with their system, they tell you to call. 500 when it's past check in time and it doesn't go to the on site employee. Had to stand in the vestibule for about 10 minutes!

Felt like I was in jail .
Pros:

It’s was okay could had been better manage.

Cons:

There was only one way in. If You misplaced your key it’ll take hours to get a hold of the front desk clerk to let you in and make you a new key.

For the price it wasn't as nice as it should have been I spent $100 to stand a ghetto ass room

It's a f****** crack shack with rules

Cons:

The loud prostitutes and strippers to enter the premises on normal payment but if an individual wants to bring a pet it's $30 that's a lot from one dog
