Affordable for last minute room.

Cons:

the place was a little run down, I got there after 10 and there is no receptionist waiting you have to call on a number and then they come open the gate for reception desk. The place looks old compared to other extended stays, the room had a smell like stale smoke smell.

Close to location for funeral

Cons:

Not comfortable, charged an extra $17 to be moved to a room with two beds when that's how I booked it with two beds, bed /pillows absolutely horrible, flashing light in bathroom... No signage out by road to know where the hotel was as it is completely surrounded by apartments. No extra blankets
