There was no breakfast.
A small/minimal breakfast would have been nice. Bathroom was clean, but counter tops were sticky, and floor not very clean.

Comfortable space, utilities work great. Access to limited TV channels; access to a refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven.
The location was close to the intended venue for the weekend. This is just a room for the night, a comfortable space, not for anyone looking for the comfort of a 4- or 5-star hotel. No food services available; vending machines available for water; could be cleaner; not soundproof. Forget about resting if your neighbor upstairs is a night owl. Location is close to food outlet.
The floor was stocks and the AC was very loud. The freeway was close that we could hear the cars zooming by and a crash, several sirens.

Investir em treinamento (o chão do nosso quarto não foi varrido antes, o vaso sanitário tinha manchas que são resolvidas com uma simples esfregada, tinha perna de barata em uma das camas, o mesmo papel que estava no corredor em frente ao meu quarto quando cheguei na tarde anterior, permaneceu até o meu checkout no dia seguinte) se investirem em profissionais de limpeza qualificados ou em treinamento, será perfeito pois o atendimento na recepção é 1000/10.

Smelled constantly like a pot grow house. Upstairs above me very loud every night with running kids

Yall didn't have dishes in the room sucked no towels were in the room. A/c did not work well tub did not drain well floor was sticky key pads sucked just an awful experience
The staff was very friendly and stayed open later than planned to help people check in after a local event. The location is convenient to Loveland, Windsor and Fort Collins.
The rooms are very dated and things like the towels and the remote were missing, the replacement remote didn't work with the TV, people were working on cars in the parking lot and the parking lot was very narrow and hard to navigate. The doors were hard to open and often needed to be jiggled a few times after putting the key in. The front door is not well marked and the front and the back look like they could both be the front. Overall the building doesn't seem like it's been perfectly taken care of over the years and would benefit from some updates and investment.
We purchased a 3 night stay in a queen room with breakfast. I’d paid a bit more to book something that included breakfast. Upon arrival we were given a room with a double bed and were told there was no breakfast. With a prepaid reservation and a busy conference schedule, we had no choice but to lump it. That would be bad enough, but it got much worse.
No washcloths
No hand towels
No shampoo
We were told these 3 items were not available at this location?!?
The hair dryer that was supposed to be available upon request was not.
A surcharge for any attempt to use the telephone whether successful or not
The “fully equipped” kitchen was completely unequipped, not even a paper plate.
No housekeeping
The toilet did not operate properly.
Noise that made it impossible to sleep well
The shower drain was partially clogged.
Our request to be moved into the room we’d paid for was ignored.
We have been perfectly happy staying at many basic hotels, including other Extended Stay America locations, but this one does not meet any kind of rudimentary bare bones standard. It's been over 40 years since we had a lodging experience that was this negative.
In addition to trying to resolve issues during our stay, I reached out by email, also ignored.
