Extended Stay America Select Suites - Loveland

The property advertises free WiFi and kitchenware so I was expecting kitchenware and free wifi. Neither were there. I talked to the front desk about getting kitchenware and they informed me of the price and that they were out of pots and pans at the time. Wasn’t that big of a deal the hotel was very booked so I understand being busy and not having kitchenware. The WiFi was a different story. On the booking site and in their sheet they give you at check in everything states that the wifi is free and able to use throughout the entire building you just have to put in your information that is on the booking (name and room number). After wandering the hotel trying to find a signal strong enough to connect to the internet I entered my information and expected the wifi to work. It then brought me to a pay screen where I could select what WiFi package I wanted.

Our room was also not cleaned well when we arrived. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair still on it. There was a pre rolled blunt in the kitchen drawers. Which just goes to show the room wasn’t properly cleaned.

The beds are also extremely uncomfortable but that was nothing compared to the other things experienced.

Every staff I talked to during our stay was incredibly nice and professional which was nice!

A small/minimal breakfast would have been nice. Bathroom was clean, but counter tops were sticky, and floor not very clean.

The price and location were great, but unfortunately the room was dirty, the shower was dirty and had old bars of soap from previous guests in it.

The location was close to the intended venue for the weekend. This is just a room for the night, a comfortable space, not for anyone looking for the comfort of a 4- or 5-star hotel. No food services available; vending machines available for water; could be cleaner; not soundproof. Forget about resting if your neighbor upstairs is a night owl. Location is close to food outlet.

Outdated and funky

Limpeza infelizmente deixou a desejar e muito,
até disseram que ligariam para verificar se estava tudo bem com o quarto, mas apenas informamos que o chão estava completamente sujo mas não precisava mandar ninguém, pois estávamos muito cansados, só queríamos tomar um banho e dormir para encarar o voo de 20 horas na próxima manhã.
Embora o atendimento seja excepcional, creio que seja bom o hotel reavaliar a equipe de limpeza e
Investir em treinamento (o chão do nosso quarto não foi varrido antes, o vaso sanitário tinha manchas que são resolvidas com uma simples esfregada, tinha perna de barata em uma das camas, o mesmo papel que estava no corredor em frente ao meu quarto quando cheguei na tarde anterior, permaneceu até o meu checkout no dia seguinte) se investirem em profissionais de limpeza qualificados ou em treinamento, será perfeito pois o atendimento na recepção é 1000/10.
