Will never stay at another extended stay in my life.
Pros:

The rooms are okay.

Cons:

I was added to their no rent list without an explanation. They tell you to call corporate and when you call corporate they tell you to talk to management at the property.

Stay away from extended stay Dunlap
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this extended stay on Dunlap was that the room was a nice size other than that the staff is so rude I was double charged and still have not found a resolution to this day that works the front desk in the morning time it worse customer service person I have ever met she was rude cursed at me yelled at me and would not listen to what I was trying to explain to her about the double charge she was right she was right and that was all that matter I would never stay there again

Cons:

I didn't like everything about my stay The front third that checked us in was so rude and disrespectful and she's a liar and she does not have good listening skills she does not have good customer service skills she's actually downright route and ghetto as head I would never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Pros:

I like the extended stay I prefer the one on central but this location screwed me over because the rude cleaning lady said we was smoking and we're not thx to her I can never go back and we cleaned the room up with are cleaning supplies so she didn't have to clean.

Cons:

I like the hotel and the tall light skin dude with box braids was great other then that the cleaning lady should get fired for lien.
