It was comfortable and clean
Nothing, worst experience we’ve ever had.
There was a hug gap in our door where you could literally see through to the inside of our room. We had to shove a towel in the gap and it took 2 of them. There were women in the parking lot twerking on cars when we got back from visiting family. Starting around 1am, there was a lot of commotion coming from the parking lot that you could hear over the AC in our room on the 3rd story. A huge fight took place where someone literally was beat within what looked like an inch of his life. They repeatedly yelled the N word at the time of their lungs for almost 3 hours. I was not able to sleep at all and wish we could get our money back. I feel like it would have been better to stay in our car. We will never be back. The room smelt terrible and I had to go buy something to take away the smell. The elevator was just as bad. The entire place needs to be deodorized. Fridge doors and handle were disgusting. I wish I could upload the video we have of the fight but we didn’t take any pictures.

Water pressure isn't great and the bed isn't comfortable.

The elevator floor was dirty. I had roaches on my room. The first night couldn't sleep at all because the person upstairs was jumping and stomping extremly loud until 4am. I let know front desk person and it told me the person upstairs works with man late night....!!!! I was surprised I never been in a hotel like this. And the reviews didn't mention it. I wouldn't choose this hotel if I knew this. They change me to another room that didn't had noises, but the roaches still there and alive, this ones were in the bathroom every morning. I took a video of the roaches, they are the small ones. I wish I had more money to move that night and stay in another hotel. But didn't wanted to lose the money.
The staff was friendly
Booking.com used a card to reserve the room and repeatedly stated that it would not be charged, but the hotel charged me before I even arrived. I intended to use a different card upon check-in.
The hotel was generally dirty, and ai could hear every footstep on the floor above me. You could hear conversations through the walls.
Clean
Incredibly noisy - thin ceilings and walls. Whole hotel smells like cooking oil and cigarettes.
